Michael Turner does have high ankle sprainAtlanta Falcons stud running back Michael Turner does indeed have a high ankle sprain. Typically, a high-ankle sprain entails a recovery time of 4-6 weeks, but according to Jay Glazer of FOX Sports, the team is optimistic that Turner won't be shelved for as long as high ankle sprains usually keep players out because he doesn't have an extensive injury history. Turner ran for 111 yards on nine carries before he left the game with 9:08 left in the second quarter. He was replaced by Jason Snelling, who ran pretty well, albeit against a pretty bad run defense. He gained 61 yards on 18 carries, added three receptions for 32 yards and scored a touchdown.
