13. Justin Rose [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #11 - Not Entered

Rose has steadily improved over the course of recent seasons, leaving frustrations of unfulfilled potential behind to become a regular consideration for fantasy owners. He showed well at the Honda Classic last season and a positive start to 2011 has us thinking he could repeat this year.

14. Ian Poulter [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #22

Poulter failed to achieve his goals at the Match Play Championship and now he'll jump into the fray at the Honda Classic. We know he has the skill needed to win, but he lacks history to earn rank among the rest of the game's elite on hand.

15. Anthony Kim

Kim seems best defined as fantasy kryptonite right now, unable to find the top-shelf talent we yearn to see on the course, but his performance at the Honda Classic last season all but demands consideration on the return. If he can get right, it may come this week.

16. Ben Crane [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #106 - Not Entered

Crane turned more than a few heads with two impressive victories at the Match Play Championship, they confirm beliefs he is capable of competing with the best in the world. If he carries that momentum forward, he could surprise against a stout Palm Beach field this week.

17. Jhonattan Vegas [Yahoo Class C]

It is becoming rather difficult to deny Vegas a spot on the weekly rankings as he continues to push top finishes all over the early-season schedule. We watched him play well again at the Mayakoba last week and the string of momentum should push him to another strong outing at the PGA Resort.

18. Will MacKenzie [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #84 - Not Entered

One of several wagers we're happy to lay this week, MacKenzie has called the PGA Champion Course "home" for so long that it would be surprising to see him fall off the chase in 2011. This is one course he adores and his finishes over recent starts at the Honda Classic prove his worth.

19. Davis Love III [Yahoo Class C]

The glory days are fading in the rearview for DL3, but this is one event where he can count on revisiting the joys of competition. He has consistently produced some of his best rounds of the season at the PGA Champion Course, owning a history you can appreciate.

20. Charlie Wi [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #110

Wi has become a regular for fantasy owners in search of reliable production from a Tour vet, but this is one course where his skills advance in the comfort of familiar surroundings. Every season seems to bring Wi to the top of the final Honda Classic leaderboard.

21. Charl Schwartzel [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #17

Schwartzel has spent the bulk of the last three seasons solidifying respect as one of the best in the world, but he lacks depth of experience at PGA events. This PGA Champion Course appears to be a wonderful fit for his skills and thus he should be on your radar.

22. Alex Cejka [Yahoo Class C]

Cejka enters the list as a course-specific suggestion, consistently finishing as one of the top golfers in the Honda Classic field. He was in search of another top-ten finish in Palm Beach last season, giving him one of the best Champion Course resumes for hire.

23. Ross Fisher [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #72

Fisher ranks as one of the most feared golfers on the European Tour, but he has struggled to translate on American soil. He has almost no history at this event, but the talent in his bag demands consideration when listing the top 30 targets for the week.

24. Jason Dufner [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #16

Dufner has quietly become a rock of trust for fantasy owners over the last two seasons. The Honda Classic appears to be, based on past performance, one of the best spots to utilize his services.
