25. Vijay Singh [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #100
Singh has played the AT&T National at Congressional twice, finishing T12 in 2007 and T7 in 09. He’s made four of his last five cuts with one top-10 and two top-20s.
26. Brendon de Jonge [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #73
Last week’s T8 at the Travelers Championship marked de Jonge’s best finish of the season and gives him 10 straight consecutive cuts made.
27. Jeff Overton - World Ranking: #108
Since missing three straight cuts, Overton has finished T38 at the Memorial and T13 at the FedEx St. Jude Classic. He scored an impressive top-10 finish at Congressional in 2008, but struggled in last year's with a T63.
28. Matt Every [Yahoo Class C] - Not Entered
Every has never suited up at Congressional, but is a streaky player that can finish strong when he makes the cut. In his last seven starts Every missed four cuts, but landed a top-10 finish in the other three events.
Owen has struggled in his two appearances at Congressional, but has finished 31st or better in five of his last six starts this season -- with a T9 at the Memorial and a T11 at the FedEx St. Jude Classic.
30. Y.E. Yang [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #132
Yang has missed four cuts in his last six starts and is still in search of his first top-25 finish of the season. He could do this at Congressional where he finished T22 in 2009 and T3 last year.
