Harrington skipped this event last year, but finished T10 and T3 in his last two trips to Doral. He began the year with a top-10 in the Phoenix Open, but has missed his last two cuts.

Garcia plays Doral most years, but hasn’t seen a lot of success. If you count the Ford Championship at Doral, Sergio has played this course eight times since 2002 with only a pair of top-15s to show for it. Earlier in the year he finished T13 at Riviera.

Poulter has made all six cuts at Doral, but has not finished better than 37th since 2010. Poulter finished T9 in the Tournament of Champions, his only stroke play event of the season.

After missing four consecutive cuts this season, Ogilvy roared back to life with a runner-up performance in last week’s Honda Classic. Ogilvy won at Doral in 2008, but has not finished better than 40th over the last four years while making each cut.

Over the last three years, Molinari has finished inside the top 15 each time at Doral. However, he missed the cut at Abu Dhabi and lost in the first round of match play.

Els has won events hosted at Doral in 2002 and most recently in 2010. He added a T15 the following year, but skipped this event last year. Els finished T13 at Riviera and T46 in the Honda.
