13. D.A. Points [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #88

Over his last four starts of this season, Points won at Redstone and is coming off a near-win last week at TPC Louisiana. He also hasn’t missed a cut since doing just that seven times in his first nine starts of the season. Points never did much at Quail Hollow until his T2 a year ago.

14. Lucas Glover [Yahoo Class B]

After earning a share of second in 2009, Glover captured this event in 2011 prior to missing the cut last year. In between a top-five finish in the Honda Classic two months ago and last week’s top-five at TPC Louisiana, Glover had missed three cuts in a span of five events.

15. Robert Garrigus [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #99

Garrigus has only missed one cut in nine stroke play events this season, but has cooled off a bit after a solid start to the season. He’ll look to turn things around at Quail Hollow where he’s finished T15 and T9, respectively, the last two years.

16. Hunter Mahan [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #32

Mahan has gone off the rails with three straight down performances after tearing off six straight top-25s in stroke play events. At Quail Hollow, Mahan had finished 22nd or better from 2008-11, but dropped to T53 last year.

17. Ian Poulter [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #20 - Not Entered

Poulter hasn't played Quail Hollow since a T5 in 2009 and a T25 in 2008. He missed his first cut of the season in the Masters after recording three top-30s in four previous starts. Withdrew due to personal reasons.

18. Angel Cabrera [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #83

Cabrera notched a solo third at Quail Hollow back in 2010, but missed last year’s cut. He’s coming off a playoff defeat in the Masters and a T16 at Redstone.

19. Fredrik Jacobson [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #93 - Not Entered

Jacobson hasn't finished outside of the top 25 in his last six stroke play events. He skipped this event last year after missing two straight cuts at Quail Hollow. Withdrew due to hip injury.

20. Jordan Spieth [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #13

Spieth might be a first timer at Quail Hollow, but the 19-year-old has shown that he is capable of big things. Even though he’s missed three cuts in eight starts this season, Spieth has also delivered three top-10s.

21. Brian Davis [Yahoo Class A] - World Ranking: #165

After a rough start to the season, Davis has made four consecutive cuts while finishing 32nd or better each time out. At Quail Hollow, he’s finished T9 and T16 the last two years.

22. Mark Wilson [Yahoo Class B] - World Ranking: #117 - Not Entered

Wilson is a momentum play thanks to a T3 at Bay Hill and a T9 at Harbour Town in his last two starts. He scored a T7 at Quail Hollow back in 2010, but has missed each of the last two cuts. Withdrew due to ankle injury.

23. Boo Weekley [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #68

Weekley has now made 10 straight cuts and is coming off his third top-10 of the season. He’s struggled in the majority of his five career starts at Quail Hollow, however.

24. Padraig Harrington [Yahoo Class C] - World Ranking: #174

After a T7 in 2010 and a T9 in 2011, Harrington opted to pass on Quail Hollow last year. He’s been inconsistent this season, though, finishing T10 at TPC San Antonio before missing the cut in the Masters.
