Only the top-70 players are eligible for this week's FedExCup Playoff event, the BMW Championship. There is no cut this week or at the season finale, the TOUR Championship, where the top-30 in points will advance to. Over the years, Cog Hill Golf & Country Club in Lemont, Ill. has been the primary host of this event but the 2008 edition was played at Bellerive Country Club in St. Louis, Mo.
