Now RB Clinton Portis wants to make a comeback

Randy Moss isn't alone. Running back Clinton Portis said Thursday that he wants to come out of retirement to play in the NFL again. He last played in 2010, but concussions and lower-body injuries limited to just 13 games over his final two seasons.
"I just turned 30 and with nine years in the NFL and six 1,000-yard seasons, that's enough right there to show what I can do," Portis said. "I'm just ready to go prove to whatever team that's ready and willing to open the doors to go out and prove it."

Fantasy Analysis:

No, all of that stuff is enough to show what Portis has done, past tense. He's not even close to that kind of Clinton Portis any longer, at least he wasn't during his final two years with the Redskins. He looked broken down. He turns 31 before the start of the 2012 season, and I think he'll have a hard time finding a suitor.
