15. Jeff Burton, #31 AT&T Mobility Chevrolet, Richard Childress Racing

Like most other places, Burton may very well grab a top 10 at RIR this weekend. Still, he's a class A driver and you're looking for wins, something he hasn't done at Richmond since 1998. He has just 1 top 10 in his past 8 starts (fall 2006) and shouldn't be on your class A roster this weekend.

16. Greg Biffle, #16 3M Ford, Roush-Fenway Racing

Last season, Biffle saw a streak of 5 straight top 10's end at RIR when he finished 19th in the spring and 39th in the fall after a transmission failure. He is not someone that should be on your roster this weekend, despite a strong 9th place finish at Phoenix a few weeks ago.

17. David Ragan, #6 AAA Ford, Roush-Fenway Racing

Ragan makes this list based solely on his 3rd place finish at RIR in the fall. He hasn't proven he can do anything like that consistently, but is coming off another top 5 at Talladega and could surprise some people this weekend.

18. Bobby Labonte, #43 Cheerios Dodge, Petty Enterprises

Labonte was solid last season at RIR with finishes of 15th and 16th, but hasn't shown he has a ceiling much higher than that driving for Petty. The class B group is good enough that you want to choose guys who can score top 5's and wins.

19. Martin Truex, Jr., #1 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet, Dale Earnhardt Inc

Truex scored his best career finish at RIR in the fall with a 15th. He should be used elsewhere, as there are several tracks where there is a good chance he will score top 5's.

20. Casey Mears, #5 Kellogg's/Carquest Chevrolet, Hendrick Motorsports

Mears had runs of 18th and 17th last season at RIR and despite his solid 11th place run in Phoenix a few weeks ago, he probably shouldn't make your class B roster this weekend.

21. David Reutimann, #44 UPS Toyota, Michael Waltrip Racing

Reutimann improved upon his 29th place finish in the spring to finish 13th in the fall at RIR. He has improved greatly the second time he has gone to most tracks and his ceiling hasn't been determined yet. He's an interesting class C choice; don't forget he was also in the top 20 at Phoenix a couple weeks ago.

22. Travis Kvapil, #28 Ford, Robert Yates Racing

Kvapil could be a sleeper class C choice this weekend. He was 11th in just his second career start at RIR in 2005, but hasn't run there since 2006. He's done a lot with what he has to drive this season, as he showed with his 6th at Talladega.

23. David Gilliland, #38 Ford, Robert Yates Racing

Just by being in the top 20 in points, Gilliland has to be ranked this weekend. He had finishes of 22nd and 42nd last year at RIR, but did finish 15th at Phoenix and has consistently been much better this season. Still, choose at your own risk.

24. Juan Pablo Montoya, #42 Texaco Havoline Dodge, Chip Ganassi Racing

Montoya didn't run well in Richmond last year, but his progress will be interesting to watch this season. Who would have thought he could have finished 2nd at Talladega?

25. Michael Waltrip, #55 Napa Auto Parts Toyota, Michael Waltrip Racing

I quite honestly don't even remember Waltrip being in a race at Richmond, but the numbers say he's run 41 times and scored a top 10 in 2004 and 2005. Based on those finishes, he may even be worthy of a class C selection, but I haven't been able to fully trust him since he started his own team.

26. Paul Menard, #15 Menard's Chevrolet, Dale Earnhardt Inc

Menard is another possible class C driver this weekend. Last year, he had finishes of 16th and 26th at Richmond, and was 21st in Phoenix a few weeks ago.

27. Reed Sorenson, #41 Target Dodge, Chip Ganassi Racing

This is far from Sorenson's best track and isn't somewhere he should be used. He was 21st and 32nd last season, and hasn't run well since a 14th place run there in 2006.

28. Brian Vickers, #83 Red Bull Toyota, Red Bull Racing

Vickers was 24th in his only start at Richmond last year and hasn't finished in the top 10 there since his rookie season. There are better class C choices this weekend.

29. Jamie McMurray, #26 Crown Royal Ford, Roush-Fenway Racing

McMurray was a solid 17th at Phoenix a few weeks ago, but his history at RIR leaves a lot to be desired in a class B choice. His last top 20 was in 2006, though he does have a couple of top 10's in 10 career starts.

30. Elliott Sadler, #19 Dodge Dealers Dodge, Gillett-Evernham Motorsports

Sadler has just one top 10 in 18 starts at RIR. Last season was more of the same, with two top 30 runs that nobody remembers. Choose someone else.
