11. Clint Bowyer, #07 Jack Daniel's Chevrolet, Richard Childress Racing
Bowyer had runs of 12th and 8th last season at Dover, and was 3rd this season at Bristol. He also won at Richmond and was 2nd at Phoenix, making him a solid class A choice this weekend.
12. Tony Stewart, #20 Home Depot Toyota, Gibbs Racing
Stewart has a couple wins in his career at Dover, and was 9th in the fall last year. He should have won last weekend, but his right front tire had other ideas. He's a good class A choice, but probably not as good as several other drivers this weekend.
13. Jimmie Johnson, #48 Lowe's Chevrolet, Hendrick Motor Sports
Johnson has 3 wins at Dover in his short but already illustrious career. However, there are better places to use him, as he was 14th and 15th in the two races at Dover last year.
14. Jeff Gordon, #24 DuPont Chevrolet, Hendrick Motor Sports
Gordon was 11th in the fall, but despite 4 career Dover wins there are much better places to use him. He did have a 3rd place finish at Dover in 2006, but the Dupont team has struggled to run up front much of this season, despite some good results at times.
15. Casey Mears, #5 Kellogg's/Carquest Chevrolet, Hendrick Motorsports
Mears had finishes of 13th and 6th last season at Dover, and is a class B possibility this weekend. He has been an inconsistent fantasy driver thus far, but could be a valuable asset in several events this summer.
16. Kasey Kahne, #9 Budweiser Dodge, Gillett-Evernham Motorsports
Kahne is coming off a win at Charlotte, and was 11th last spring (he crashed in the fall). He almost won at Dover a few years ago before hitting some oil with a few laps to go, so his career history there is misleading. He has just 1 top 10 in 8 starts, but may be a valuable class B selection this weekend when it is all said and done.
17. Jamie McMurray, #26 Crown Royal Ford, Roush-Fenway Racing
This may be one of the only places to use McMurray all season. He was 8th last fall, and has an average finish of 14.8 in 10 starts at Dover. He has scored more points in the last 10 races at Dover than all but 7 other drivers.
18. Kurt Busch, #2 Miller Lite Dodge, Penske Racing South
Kurt was parked last spring after a pit road altercation with Tony Stewart, and ended up 29th in the fall when he crashed (though he did lead 20 laps). There are better class A options this weekend.
19. David Ragan, #6 AAA Ford, Roush-Fenway Racing
Ragan had finishes of 14th and 25th last season at Dover, and while he may not be a bad option he is certainly not in the upper tier of class B drivers this weekend. Overall, his run in the points has been very impressive this season.
20. Brian Vickers, #83 Red Bull Toyota, Red Bull Racing
As always, Vickers is a great class C choice. He was 16th in the fall and 19th in the spring last season, and has run up front some this year. He was having a great run at Charlotte when he had a tire fall off his car, look for him to run well again this weekend as his team continues to put things together.
21. Juan Pablo Montoya, #42 Texaco Havoline Dodge, Chip Ganassi Racing
Pablo won't be on my class B roster, but he did finish 10th at Dover in the fall, a great improvement from his first finish of 31st.
22. Kevin Harvick, #29 Shell/Reeses/GM Chevrolet, Richard Childress Racing
Harvick was 20th in both races last season, and has 2 top 5's in 14 starts. There are much better class A options.
