2009 Predicted Points Finish: #15

Although Ragan didn't do anything to be ranked above any of the drivers higher on this list, it was hard to rank him this low. He continues to improve all the time, and should finally contend for some victories in 2009. He scored top 10's on a variety of tracks (Daytona, Atlanta, Michigan, Pocono, Kansas, Bristol, and Darlington to name a few) and has shown an ability to run in the top 15 no matter where the Series is racing.
