2009 Predicted Points Finish: #20

Vickers was very competitive on the intermediate speedways in 2008, and also showed some skill on the two mile ovals, Pocono, the restrictor plate tracks, and was 11th at Martinsville in the fall. He has a diverse set of driving skills, and it will be interesting to see how he and teammate Scott Speed produce now that Team Red Bull has been in the sport a couple of years. Now that he isn't a fantasy bargain in the class C group, he may not be used as frequently, but his performance is still on an up trend.
