Southern Utah Thunderbirds quarterback Brad Sorensen is a developmental project who will need time to learn the fundamentals of a pro-style offense. Sloppy footwork. Below-average athlete. Makes questionable decisions when challenged up the middle. Trusts his arm to bail him out of tough situations too often. Above-average pass velocity and arm strength. Can make every throw necessary. Can also tone it down and put some touch on passes when necessary. Level of competition was very, very low. Will need a lot of seasoning. Has likely never seen anything close to the speed of SEC football, let alone the NFL.
