2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
A very confident player, Smith is not afraid of big plays and tough throws. He should grow into a natural leader, but that said, he already shows poise and a determination when on the field.
One area of concern is his accuracy; the former Miami native needs to learn how to put some touch on his throws on occasion. He has a tendency to always rifle the football, which can lead to a lack of precision on short throws. He delivers a great deep ball with consistent accuracy when given time to set his feet. When moving to his left or right, Smith will have to learn to not rely solely on arm strength and use his whole body to make throws. Arm strength is not a question.
Looking ahead to the 2013 NFL Draft, Smith's stock has risen significantly. He projects as a Top 10 pick.

1st round.
Although, the chiefs absolutely need a qb and will get one if not, in the 1st , but the 2nd. Geno Smith would make a good addition. He has great arm strength, good poise and can move around, i do not think the chiefs should take him. Pass him on to Philly. At the #1 pick they should take OT. Luekel. They also need OL's. Albert will possibly be gone and behind him there is nothing. I think the chiefs can get Wilson in the 2nd and bring a free agent in as well. If they do take Smith , which I don't mind , I think in the 2nd they will take a WR. you could possibly see Austin go to them too. That would be a great combo and they are familiar with one another.

To the Cards to back up and learn under Palmer.

Could fit in Jacksonville, Philadelphia or Buffalo. Definitely won't get past the Bills.

i think he is a poor man rg3 but with some good traits, he is 2round qb, limited awareness and cant make all the throws but he can shine as a 1st rounder in right offense his feet makes him dangerous but i say maybe in 25 to 30 1st round but show go early second rounds, the qb suck in this draft 4 real, there isn't any good one 4 1st round, that's bad

Chiefs despartely neede dynamic qb. though a little raw so was elway no way kc. let him go he is legfit franchise qb. better arm than rgIII though not quite the runner. Kansas city must draft him no.1 then you have a player to build an offense around.
