2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
person

Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma

Oklahoma Sooners wide receiver Kenny Stills has elite speed and enough height to be a serious threat on the outside. Quick twitch athlete. Good hands and body control. Adequate leaping ability and can attack the ball at highest point. Allows the ball into his chest too often. Lean frame. Will need to bulk up. Physically reminds me of DeSean Jackson. Upright runner. Doesn't play as fast on tape. Must learn how to deal with contact and show a willingness to play between the numbers. Father and uncle played in the NFL.
