2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Johnson was a high school quarterback who transitioned to tight end and defensive end before finally finding his final position anchoring the offensive line. That athletic background is a key aspect to what makes him a great lineman. He moves very well off the line and remains under control when taking on defenders.
He shows a nice explosion out of his stance and accelerates well. Oklahoma was not afraid to pull him out in open spaces. Great extension with his arms and looks to keep guys at arm's length consistently. Must learn to keep his feet moving and can be caught flat-footed by quick changes of direction.
Still has some room to add more strength. A raw player who has more to learn at the position since he has only been an offensive lineman for two seasons with the Sooners.
Johnson projects as a first round choice in the 2013 NFL Draft.

I see San Diego or Miami making a trade with Cleveland to get this guy.
