2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:

Mike Gillislee, RB, Florida

Florida running back Mike Gillislee was an underutilized talent with the Gators who never really earned a chance to show his skills until his senior season. Good acceleration in and out of his cuts. A hard runner with many good attributes. Runs behind his pads. Good feet. Fights for extra yardage after contact. Feels his way through the hole at times and could be more aggressive or decisive. Can make guys miss. Average speed, but plays faster than timed speed. Can catch the ball well. Needs more discipline with bouncing runs outside. Ball carriage needs work.
