Florida State Seminoles running back Chris Thompson has overcome injuries and has serious untapped potential. Broke two vertebrae in his back during the 2011 season and had a torn ACL in 2012. Looked very good when healthy. Explosive athlete. Follows blockers well. Can makes defenders miss in the open field. Stays north and south. Undersized. Doesn't break many tackles and instead relies on elusiveness. Upright runner. Solid in pass protection. Willing to sacrifice body. Lean frame. Excellent agility in a phone booth.
