LSU cornerback Tharold Simon is a prospect with elite height and above-average fluidity in his lower half. Likely slid slightly in the draft after being arrested on the opening night of the 2013 NFL Draft. Very good length and flips his hips cleanly. Thin in his lower half. Needs to add more strength. Can quickly locate the football. Has receiver background in high school. Above-average hands. Average burst. Long strides. Footwork could be more precise. Still raw. Better in man-to-man, whether it is press or off-man.
