2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:

Vinston Painter, OT, Virginia Tech

Virginia Tech Hokies offensive tackle Vinston "Fire" Painter is a developmental prospect with excellent physical tools. He ran a 4.95 40 yard dash and has ideal length with a frame that will have him be "the first guy off the bus." One-year starter, limited experience at the position. Played both ways in high school and began collegiate career at defensive tackle. Will provide immediate depth. Long arms. Has not yet fully tapped into his potential. May need to kick inside to play guard despite no experience there.
