2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
person

Nick Moody, OLB, Florida State

Florida State Seminoles outside linebacker Nick Moody is a former safety and special teams ace. High football intelligence. Diagnoses plays a step ahead of most. Takes on blockers as best he can by looking to unload on them. Struggles with blockers once they latch on. Effective tackler when he stays under control since he will go for the big hit and occasionally miss. Could cover tight ends in short and medium routes. Not adept at man coverage just yet. Unpolished abilities as a pass rusher. Relies on hustle.
