2013 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:

Eric Herman, OG, Ohio

Ohio Bobcats offensive guard Eric Herman is a four-year starter out of the MAC. Still needs improvement as a pass blocker. Bends at the waist instead of knees. Mauler mentality. Consistent hustle. Strong lower body and can anchor down without losing much ground. Locates blitzers quickly. Aggressive style of play takes him out of position. Gets upright after collisions. Conditioning is an issue and currently wears down in the second half. A project player who with good work ethic could stick on a 53-man roster long-term.
