2014 NFL Draft Prospect Scouting Report:
person

Anthony Steen, OL , Alabama

Steen is another thick offensive line prospect out of Alabama. While not a blue-chip player by any measure, he has mid round talent and could have a solid career if he commits to the game.

Athletically limited. Average build and strength. Above-average in pass protection. Above-average foot speed and mirrors opponents quickly. Excellent pad levels and knee-bend. A fundamentally and technically sound player. Does not have the length to play center. Limited versatility.

Average ability to read and react to twists. Can hit the second level. Solid run-blocker but lacks the girth to really clear a path. Best-suited for a zone-blocking scheme where he can find angles and vulnerabilities while moving up and down the line.

Steen projects as a fifth to sixth round prospect in the 2014 NFL Draft.
