11/13/12. Lets see how this turns out. For now I'm not projecting trades. Draft order is determined by current records.

1 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
By the time the draft comes around the number 1 overall pick is going to either be Geno Smith or Tyler Wilson.
2 - KC: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
As of right now I don't expect anyone to agree with Wilson going this high. But wait until April.
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Jarvis Jones is the best player in this draft class. Cleveland already has a pretty good defense, this pick could potentially make them elite, Jones is that good.
4 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Hankins is monstrous. Carolina is so bad against the run, and after wasting two 3rd round picks on the position in the 2011 draft they make amends here with a prospect that has a very low bust rate.
5 - OAK: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Raiders need help on the defensive line, regardless of where it is. Despite allowing some huge games to opposing running backs I still think that DE is a more pressing need.
6 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
From Washington in the RG3 trade. This pick is the most obvious one to this point. The Rams can't block anyone, their offensive line is almost as bad as Arizona's. That's just sad.
7 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Buddy Nix said in an interview last week that he plans on upgrading the Quarterback position this offseason. My gut actually tells me that the Bills will end up signing Michael Vick this offseason but I'm giving them Barkley assuming they don't. On Barkley, I don't think he's that good. But we all know how quarterbacks get overvalued in the draft.
8 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo hasn't been that good this year (compared to what was expected) but he's still going to be a high pick because of his measurables and high ceiling.
9 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Eagles really don't have a lot of holes. They get a few starters back on the offensive line next year, and while their pass rush has been inexistant I still expect them to stick with Trent Cole and Jason Babin. Guard is a need but you rarely see the position go in the top half of the 1st round. By default I'm giving them Milliner, but I expect them to resign DRC and retain Asomugha. With those two and Brandon Boykin in the slot they look set already.
10 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
There is no star receiver in this class that is separating himself from the others. I almost gave them Keenan Allen here, then I almost gave them Robert Woods. I guess we'll see how this position shakes out over the next 5 months.
11 - TEN: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Lotulelei suprisingly slips out of the Top-10 but from what I've been reading he's really not as good as everyone thinks. This is the one guy who I have seen the least of but apparently he disappears way too much against inferior opponents. Nevertheless, he can be dominate at times. The Titans get a potential steal at this juncture.
12 - ARI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Cardinals will probably be disappointed that Matt Barkley is off the board, but they address their biggest need with this pick. The Tackle positon is not that strong in this class, so I think they give Levi Brown at least one more year coming off of his injury, and add a can't-miss prospect like Warmack, who is a huge upgrade over Adam Snyder.
13 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
This seems like the right pick for the Dolphins. Their defense is pretty good, and Tannehill looks like the answer. So expect them to use this pick on a weapon for him to help his progression.
14 - SD: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Chargers have a lot of holes. I almost gave them Manti Te'o here but I think true Nose Tackles for 3-4 schemes are just too hard to find, so they won't pass up on Jenkins here.
15 - DET: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
This pick could be Johnathon Banks because the Lions need Cornerback help. But the pass rush needs a boost, and the position is looking shaky with Kyle Vanden Bosch over the hill and Cliff Avril set to hit unrestricted free agency in March. I think Dion Jordan will rise up draft boards late in the process and potentially go higher than this.
16 - DAL: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
I think Werner is a good fit here. The Cowboys can move on from Anthony Spencer (who is set to hit unrestricted free agency this offeseaon) and add an adequate threat across from Ware to make their defense very dangerous.
17 - CIN: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
Once Bernard realizes that he will be the top RB prospect he will declare. The redshirt Sophomore is extraordinary, he could potenitally go higher than this. The Bengals added Benjarvus Green-Ellis in free agency but he doesn't give the Bengals that explosive back to complement their potent pass attack.
18 - NO: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Saints need so much help on defense, it's amazing how bad they are. DT and DE are both needs but 6'2 athletic corners with terrific cover skills are hard to find, and it fits what they need to compete with the likes of Roddy White, Julio Jones and Vincent Jackson.
19 - TB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Buccs are headed in the right direction with Greg Schiano coaching them now. Just imagine how this defensive backfield would look with Mark Barron and Eric Reid playing side by side.
20 - MIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
I have a feeling that if the board looked like this and the Vikings were selecting that they would have a very split war room. Some will demand Robert Woods while others opt for Sylvester Williams. In the end they go with the safe pick and get Te'o. Te'o falls this far not because of a lack of talent, but because of a lack of need across the league at MLB, and a decreased value on the position in the new look passing NFL.
21 - SEA: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Seattle's defense is set so they look to the offensive side of the ball to make this pick. They consider Taylor Lewan or Jake Matthews here, but ultimately decide to add a weapon for Russel Wilson.
22 - NYG: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
I had initially gave the Giants Tyler Eifert here. But then it hit me that the Giants front office is going to try to blame Manning's struggles on the offensive line. If you're "elite" it doesn't matter who you have on your offensive line, you don't go three straight games without throwing a touchdown. Am I the only person that saw the interceptions that Manning was throwing Sunday to the Bengals? Manning just isn't that good.
23 - IND: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
This would be a great pick for the defense. In a 3-4 it is very vital that you have good defensive lineman. And Williams would fit in well in the Colts' attacking style.
24 - PIT: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Steelers will definitely consider Jesse Williams here to replace Casey Hampton but I think CB is a bigger need at this point.
25 - DEN: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
This pick will be between Jesse Williams and Sheldon Richardson. I think they will choose the run stuffer because their pass rush is good enough. They will also consider safety.
26 - GB: Tony Jefferson, FS, Oklahoma
Jefferson would be a perfict fit for the Packers, and with Charles Woodson nearing retirement they are going to need some reinforcements for the pass defense. Even with Woodson the Packers need help. They could also consider Tyler Eifert here because of how bad Jermichael Finley is.
27 - NE: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
This would be a solid pick for New England. By the time the draft rolls around Richardson will likely be projected to go much higher than this.
28 - SF: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The 49ers have virually no needs. Here they add Jones to uprgrade at RG over Alex Boone immediately, and then take over for Jonathon Goodwin at Center once he retires.
29 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
I give Eric Fisher the nod over Taylor Lewan because I think he's more polished. This pick would make Jay Cutler happy.
30 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
I think Baltimore is going to force the issue with Ogletree here. Ogletree doesn't come off to me as a great fit for the Ravens defense because he's a little bit light compared to their two opening day starters at the position who are both 250+ (Ray Lewis and Jameel McClain).
31 - ATL: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Falcons get gift wrapped Sam Montgomery here, who somehow falls to the end of the 1st. This likely won't happen, Mongomery has outplayed his counterpart Barkevous Mingo this year.
32 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Finally the Texans find a complement to Andre Johnson. Plus Johnson has clearly lost a step and he's getting up there in age. CJ Mosely will be considered here, but the Texans go receiver instead.

-- The NYG pick is supposed to be Johnathon Cooper G/North Carolina. Not Eifert.

Excellent -- Absolutely Love the Te'o pick for Minny in your scenario.
