Trades 1- Buffalo(8) trades up to Cleveland(6) and gives away 2013 3rd rounder and 2014 2nd rounder.

2- Arizona(7) trades down to Miami(12) and receives 2013 2nd and 3rd rounders.

3- Cincinnati(21) trades down to San Francisco(31) and receives 2013 2nd and 4th rounders.

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Albert just got the tag, but that doesn't mean he'll be back next year. Safest pick especially when you don't have a 2nd rounder. If this is another DT, the Chiefs might boycott Arrowhead.
2 - JAX: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Werner or Floyd seems to be the most logical here, both in state prospects and would help out the pass rush. Floyd seems to be the favorite at the moment after blowing up in the combine.
3 - OAK: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
I'm sure Oakland would love Sharif Floyd here to replace Richard Seymour or Tommy Kelly, but they still haven't replaced Cameron Wimbley from last year. Next to the Jags, they had the worst pass rush. Werner is the safest edge rusher and fits their scheme.
4 - PHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Maybe if Michael Vick had a healthy and decent O-Line he wouldn't have a repuation of having a glass body. Peters is coming off the wrong side of 31 and Herremans was a better G than RT. Fisher is battling Joeckel for the top OT spot, but Fisher doesn't lose to much $ in this situation.
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
According to multiple sources, the Lions plan is to go BPA. DE is a need, but with the DE class so deep, they can find a qualtiy pass rusher in the 2nd. Milliner is the best CB in this class and fills a huge need.
6 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
***TRADE1*** The Bills need competition at the QB spot and they won't risk having Geno on the board when arizona very well could take him.
7 - MIA: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
***TRADE2*** Miami has some extra day 2 picks to play with in a trade scenario, so with the only QB worthy of a first round pick, the Cardinals trade down to get an O-Lineman at better value and the Dolphins get a freak of nature-giant upside-JPP like DE. Overall they couldn't rush the QB therefore they couldn't defend the pass. They can start fixing that with Ansah.
8 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
*** TRADE1*** If their's one thing we're sure about in this draft, it's that Cleveland will be involved in a trade. Call it a consensus. They've made clear about their interest in the Georgia 3-4 pass rusher, and get him with another mid rounder to compensate for a loss of their 2nd round pick (Josh Gordan supplement draft).
9 - NYJ: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Like Floyd, he also had a great showing in Indy. The Jets will look at playmakers on both sides of the ball, in this case with no WR worthy of a pick, they get the high upside 3-4 pass rusher.
10 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The last time a Guard was rated this high was... well... I don't know because their probably never was one higher. If they're gonna pay CJ his Adrian Peterson money, they better start blocking for him. Also BPA
11 - SD: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
I'm sure Philip Rivers wants Lane Johnson here, but they also lack interior D-Lineman, and get the best one here with a steal. Lotulelei missed the combine with a heart problem, which will be a red flag in some teams minds, but this will be as far as he drops.
12 - ARI: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
***TRADE2*** If their's any Cardinal interest in Geno Smith, it's a smokescreen, and Buffalo took the bait. The Cards get an additional 2nd rounder and get a day 1 starting T to rebuild the worst O-Line in the game.
13 - TB: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
There has been speculation about a trade for Darrelle Revis has risen, but I doubt Tampa will offer a lot considering they weren't interested in trading up for Milliner. Trufant looks to be the shutdown corner that Tampa so desperately needs, and why would they go Vaccaro if they already drafted a safety last year?
14 - CAR: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Richardson could go as high as 3rd overall and as low as mid 1st round, but he would be a perfect NT that Carolina so desperately needs.
15 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
With the switch to a 3-4 defense, and Mingo happens to slide down here, the hometown edge rusher will be the pick. bad front 4 and bad secondary was the formula for failure in this bottom ranked defense.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Vaccaro has been mocked all over the first round, from as early to Detroit and as late to St. Louis' 22nd pick. But he's separated himself from Elam to be the clear best safety in the draft and the Rams, with Capernick and Wilson in their division, need a leader in the secondary.
17 - PIT: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
This draft for the Steelers should be focused on bringing youth to an old front 7. Teams will look at Moore's combine and laugh, but he never was a freak athlete, so it wasn't unexpected. Moore would be a solid 3-4 pass rusher to replace Harrison.
18 - DAL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
Dallas' interior line was a joke. Costa and Livings were always overmatched. People were blaming Romo for the lack of offensive production, but the problem lied 5 feet in front of him.
19 - NYG: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Even with Michael Boley they needed LB help. Now that he's gone, they need his replacement. Rivers when healthy is a good WILL, but that's a rare occasion. Ogletree brings extreme versatile athleticism to any team. Has the ability to play any LB position but would succeed best as a WILL due to his great coverage skills. He's gonna need a great pro day to maintain his first round status after his DUI and bad interviews.
20 - CHI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Eifert showed why he was the better TE over Ertz at the combine. Marshall was a great start, but Cutler always lacked a TE over the middle, he can fix that now.
21 - SF: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
***TRADE*** San Francisco has a warehouse full of future and present draft picks, they can afford to move up. Cincy will look to move down if Vaccaro is off the board, and Ssn Fran will look to move up if Rhodes is still available.
22 - STL: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Hmm, you think a team who invested 60 Million in a QB would one day realize they need a O-line to protect him, the light bulb might finally light up in the St. Louis war room.
23 - MIN: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
Without Percy Harvin, this is not a quality recieving group. Ponder can at least be productive with another weapon besides Percy and Rudulph.
24 - IND: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks had a sub par showing at the combine, but even with Vontae Davis, the Colts could use secondary help. With no O-Lineman left worthy of a 1st round pick, they upgrade their corners.
25 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
Tate, Rice and Baldwin are good outside recievers, Wilson could benefit from a slot threat.
26 - GB: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
Man did the Pack get trampled in run defense. They need a solid 3/4 NT.
27 - HOU: Keenan Allen, WR, California
I know they stated they want to upgrade the middle of their front 7, but Allen is too good to pass up here. They can't possible expect the Johnson and Walter duo to manage anymore.
28 - DEN: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
A DT or a S are other options, but Minter seems like the most solid 4/3 MLB in this class, so the Broncos pull the trigger, an upgrade is needed here anyways, and with plenty of depth in the secondary in this class, they can get a DB in the 2nd.
29 - NE: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
NE has shown a lot of intrest in improving their defense over the past drafts, with no WR worth taking here, might as well go Bill style and go BPA.
30 - ATL: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
The release of Abraham proved that they need to rebuild their pass rush. Jones has had a great offseason and has established a 1st round grade.
31 - CIN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
***TRADE3*** If they can't get Vaccaro, they might as well get the next best SS with two additional picks.
32 - BAL: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
With Ray Lewis running for Pope (maybe) and Ellerbe in FA, they could use some insurance in the LB corps.

Below Average -- The trades up front don't make sense. And Niners getting additional picks. Not likely.
