1 - CLE: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
If Cleveland is this bad, they'll have little room and patience for Brandon Weeden. Barkley is a lot younger, and a much better leader, and Weeden is financially expendable

2 - MIA: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
If Mingo can add 10-15lbs of muscle, he could be a really nice 4-3 DE. He and Cameron Wake would give the Dolphins a legit set of pass rushers

3 - MIN: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Vikings have some freedom to do what they want with this pick, and i think theyll trade down with a team looking for Mingo or Jarvis Jones, and have a chance at landing David Amerson. If not, Lotulelei would be a nice addition

4 - OAK: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Raiders take a shot at another big armed QB. I have a feeling Smith will work out a lot better than JaMarcus Russell

5 - KC: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Kansas City takes the best player on the board and lands another excellent 3-4 outside pass rusher

6 - NO: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Saints have been unable to stop anyone, including opposing HBs. Hankins is a bit of a NT, which Spagnuolo tends to avoid, but he could make an exception for this young man

7 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams secure their LT of the future, and can move Roger Saffold to RT, where he would be much better suited

8 - CAR: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Panthers go out and take the best WR in the draft. Allen will learn a lot from veteran Steve Smith, and eventually take over as Newton's go-to-guy

10 - TB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Ronde Barber is only playing safety because they have no one to help Mark Barron. Adding Reid would give them the best young safety combo in the NFL

11 - JAX: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Jaguars add a real pass rushing threat at DE. Montgomery is an athletic nightmare, and will be a huge addition to this defense

12 - STL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Rams use their 2 1st round picks to get a starting LT and a #1 WR. Woods doesnt do anything special, but is a complete WR that Sam Bradford can trust anywhere and everywhere

13 - IND: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Colts would love Lotulelei or Jarvis Jones, but they really need a reliable LT to cover Luck's blindside for the next 10 years.

14 - ARI: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
The Cardinals get a legit QB prospect that they can continue to build around

15 - TEN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Warmack has been flying up draft boards, and could easily get inside the top 10 by the draft. The Titans picked up Steve Hutchison as a band-aid, and should see Warmack replace him.

16 - CHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bears do not always trust their CBs in one-on-one situations, and in a division that features the Packers and Lions passing games, they should be well stocked with top-level talent at CB

17 - CIN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Bengals get a very good, moldable DE that is an excellent pass rusher, and not too bad against the run either

18 - NYJ: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Jets get the steal of the draft and find Bart Scott's eventual replacement

19 - PHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Jason Peters may be done forever at LT. If that is the case, the Eagles should look for a better replacement than Demetrius Bell. Not that he isn't good, but he would be better served as a backup swing tackle

20 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks go out and get a real solid WR to play #2 across from Sidney Rice. Rice, Williams, Tate and Baldwin would give them one of the best young WR groups in the NFL

21 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers desperately need help all over their secondary. Amerson is is an excellent player with good speed and a solid tackler. He and Tramon Williams would be a good pairing

22 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys need to solidify the interior of their o-line. Jones can play either guard spot or center, and would give them flexibility to fill their line out in free agency

23 - SD: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
Eric Weddle is not a bad option at safety, but Atari Bigby is a bit of a weak spot. McDonald is a very good safety with solid range and good coverage skills to help the Chargers set their pass rusher free

24 - DEN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Broncos get a replacement for the ageless Champ Bailey. He may never retire, but if he does, Banks will be an excellent player to replace him with

25 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Mosley is more of a 4-3OLB, but the Steelers know how to mold players to fit their needs, and Mosley could be a nice 3-4 OLB with his excellent vision and very solid tackling ability

26 - HOU: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Texans pick up a NT that is really good at eating space and blockers. He should help make some space for the rest of the Texans young LBs and DEs

27 - DET: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
Jeffcoat takes a bit of a tumble, but lands in the laps of the Lions who should be shopping or cutting Cliff Avril to clear up cap space

28 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants pick up an exceptional pass-catching TE. Martellus Bennett can move to a more blocking-based role, where he excels, and Eli will have another down-field threat

29 - NE: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
The Patriots go out and get a blazing fast WR that Brady can use to stretch the field. I could also see Belicheck shopping this pick to teams that are looking for a late 1st-early 2nd QB

30 - SF: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
The 49ers pick up a nice 3-4 DE prospect that can learn the trade from Justin Smith who isn't getting any younger

31 - ATL: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Falcons go out on a limb and pick up a workhorse HB to replace Michael Turner who is starting to show signs of aging common for a HB of his age

32 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Ravens get a really good, young safety that they can groom until Ed Reed retires
