1 - CLE: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Browns need some serious work, and it does not look like Weeden is the best choice to lead them forward it may be too early to give up on him, but theyd be crazy to pass up on Barkley
2 - MIA: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Dolphins can use Jones as a DE or an OLB depending on where they need him. He could be this years Von Miller
3 - OAK: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Geno is the 2nd best QB in this draft, and has experience playing with small, fast WRs at WVU. The Raiders need a QB with a big arm, and Smith would be an excellent fit for them
4 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans get a really nice DE that can repalce Kamerion Wimbley, who is much better suited as an OLB
5 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints take the best defensive player on the board, and close up a massive hole in the middle of their defensive front
6 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Vikings go out on a bit of a limb for Allen, who could be what Ponder needs to compliment Harvin
7 - KC: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Chiefs pick up an exceptional 3-4 OLB that can get after the passer in multiple ways
8 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams take the best LT on the board, and should feel good about Sam Bradford's blindside
9 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers could go a few different ways with this pick, but i think Hankins is the best player on the board, and would fill a big need for them at DT
11 - TB: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Bucs made some serious aquisitions this past offseason, and have put their team into good position to win. They have also invested a lot in their running game, and should add the best guard prospect in years to their line
12 - JAX: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Jaguars finally get a real #2 CB that can replace Rashean Mathis when he decides to retire
13 - STL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Rams will have to choose between Woods and Justin Hunter. I think Woods becomes an obvious pick because if his versatility and reliability
14 - IND: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Colts should probably look at defense for this one, but if Hunter is on the board, it would be tough to ignore him as a successor for Reggie Wayne, and as another offensive player that can grow with Luck
15 - ARI: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
If neither of the Cardinals QBs show significant growth during the season, this pick will likely be used on Thomas or Bray. I think Thomas has a brighter future in the NFL if they both come out as juniors
16 - CHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Bears finally draft a real LT. Carimi is nice as a RT, but Lewan can help keep Cutler upright, and let them move on from Webb
17 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bengals take the best player on the board, and pick up a defensive machine that will help to anchor them for a long time
18 - NYJ: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Jets finally get a player that can stop the bleeding in their secondary. Landry and Bell are solid run stoppers, but the Jets need help over the top, and Reid is a monster
19 - PHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Jason Peters might be done as a LT, and Bell has been okay, but nothing special for them. Matthews is a RT, but only because TAMU also has the best LT prospect in the draft.
20 - SEA: Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State
The Seahawks take a bit of a reach, but get a nice player that they can plug in across from Sidney Rice, and take some attention away from Tate and Baldwin in the slot
21 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers badly need someone to step up across from Tramon Williams, who has been a revelation for them. Amerson has some weaknesses, but is a great coverage corner that can stay with any WR in the league
22 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys pick up a versatile lineman that can play any of the 3 interior positions
23 - SD: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Chargers get a real NT that can help to take some blockers out of the game on every play
24 - DEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Broncos took Wolfe last year, and he has been great at DT, now they pick up a very reliable, stable DE that can compliment Dumervil
25 - PIT: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
The Steelers need to replace Farrior, and soon. Jeffcoat is a 43DE, but has the speed and burst to line up as a 34OLB
26 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans pluck Williams off the board as a successor to Andre Johnson, and current #2 WR
27 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions get a very talented CB that will certainly help them against eh Bears and Packers for the next 10 years
28 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants get Eli a new toy, and finally pick up the pass catching TE that theyve been missing. Bennett is a great blocker, and should be used as such, but Eifert is a game changer
29 - NE: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Patriots get a versatile safety that is good in coverage, and knows how to take down players in the open field
30 - SF: Margus Hunt, DE, Southern Methodist
A bit of a reach, but Hunt is talented, and strong enough to replace Justin Smith at DE when his time is up
31 - ATL: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Falcons are thrilled to see Lattimore on the board and take the burnt-out Turner's replacement
32 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Ravens need to find a replacement for Ed Reed soon than later. Safeties need some grooming time, and Vaccaro will have a year or two to learn from the best one in NFL history
