1 - CLE: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
If the Browns are this bad, Holmgren will likely lose his job, which should also mean Weeden will lose his job as starter. Barkley is an incredible leader, and could really help this team out (assuming they get him some WRs)

2 - MIA: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Much like Denver did with Von Miller, the Dolphins can take a big pass rushing LB, and let him loose. Jones can play OLB in 34 or a 43, and can get down as a DE in a 43 if needed

4 - TEN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo is a faster, stronger version of Bruce Irvin, and should hear his name called early in this draft. The Titans need a pass rusher, and Mingo would be a good fit

5 - NO: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Saints defense has been deplorable, and their DTs are nothing to brag about. Lotulelei would be a good addition, and a solid, young, all-around player that they can continue to build around

6 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Hunter is drawing comparisons to AJ Green, and for good reason. He is big, lean and fast, and has incredible body control. Ponder would benefit greatly from having a receiver like that to compliment Percy Harvin

7 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Matt Cassel experiment should be over, and the Chiefs should look for a young QB that they can groom into their starter. Smith, like Tannehill may need a year to develop, but can be plugged in immediately, and see some success

8 - STL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Rams would love to see Hunter here, but Woods is a really solid consolation prize. He doesnt do anything eye-popping, but he is an incredible all-around WR with sure hands, good vision and breakaway speed

9 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers defense has not been good enough to allow Cam Newton to really be successful. They need to get the ball in his hands more often, and their inability to stop anyone is very apparent. Hankins is the best defensive player on the board, and would fill a massive need for them at DT

10 - BUF: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
Bray has all the tools to be a very successful QB in the NFL, but is lacking some maturity and decision-making skills. If Buffalo can get him up to par, they could have the steal of the draft

11 - TB: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Montgomery falling this far should be a sign for the Bucs that they need some DE depth. Bowers is consistently injured, and they saw what happened when Clayborn went down. Montgomery can play either end spot, and is really solid against both the pass and the run

12 - JAX: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
Amerson is one of the most versatile secondary players that has come out in a while. The Jaguars need help at both CB and S, and Amerson could feasibly play both if asked.

13 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams get their #1 receiver, and now pick up a really good LT prospect. Joeckel, like Woods, doesnt do anything special, but is a very well rounded, solid athlete that can pass protect with the best of them, and help open running lanes like a guard

14 - IND: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Gary Brackett was the leader of this defense for a long time, and Angerer hasnt been bad as a replacement, but they should be looking for a long-term answer, and Te'o is as good as they come.

15 - ARI: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
The Cardinals have a lot of options here, but if they do not progress offensively, i can see Skelton and Kolb both hitting the free agent market, and a high draft pick being spent on a QB

16 - SEA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Seahawks do not have a lot of options at wideout, and Sidney Rice has hit his ceiling. Allen would make for a wonderful #2 option, and help free up some space in the middle for Doug Baldwin and Golden Tate

17 - CIN: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The best defensive player on the board goes to the Bengals, who continue to stockpile young players on both sides of the ball

18 - NYJ: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Jets lack a workhorse running back that can be explosive. Lattimore has some mileage on him, and may be injury prone, but if he can be healthy, he could be the HB that the Jets have been desperately searching for

19 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
DRC is in a contract year, and may ask for more than the Eagles want to pay him. They like Boykin inside, and should look for an outside CB, like Milliner or John Banks that can lock up bigger, outside receviers

20 - CHI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Bears have so many offensive line issues, it's a little scary. Warmack is a monster prospect who could gain top-10 consideration at this rate, but if not, the Bears could really use him

21 - GB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Packers need to stop the bleeding from their defense. Their safety position is especially weak after the release of Nick Collins. Reid would be a welcome addition, and could help bring some stability to this secondary

22 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
May be a bit of a reach, but the Cowboys badly need some interior line help. Jones is a very good, versatile player that can line up at either guard spot or at center immediately

23 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Gaither has been really solid, but may be better suited for RT. Lewan is a beast that can help keep Rivers upright and clean

24 - DEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Broncos started to fix their d-line last year with Wolfe, and should continue to pad it. Werner is a steal at 24, and should start across from Dumervil very early on

25 - PIT: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
Jeffcoat is a little undersized to play DE, but could be an explosive 34OLB, which the Steelers badly need.

26 - HOU: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Texans pick up a NT that is really good at eating space and blockers. He should help make some space for the rest of the Texans young LBs and DEs

27 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions get a really solid CB here, and a guy that should be around for a long time

28 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants pick up an exceptional pass-catching TE. Martellus Bennett can move to a more blocking-based role, where he excels, and Eli will have another down-field threat

29 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Patriots need some help at CB across from McCourty. Rhodes is a great prospect with good speed and size that can be huge for them going forward

30 - SF: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Adding Williams would complete the 49ers passing game. Moss looks good so far, but i have doubts for his future success. Crabtree and Williams would be nice outside, and last years 1st round pick AJ Jenkins should make for an exceptional slot receiver

31 - ATL: William Gholston, DE, Michigan State
The Falcons need to add a big DE that they can move around, and Gholston is a monster

32 - BAL: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Ravens get a really good, young safety that they can groom until Ed Reed retires
