1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
If the Chiefs are picking 1st, Cassel should be gone. Smith could be a franchise changer, and should be an instant fan-favorite
2 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans need to go out and get a real DE. Montgomery is a beast, with a ton of room to grow
3 - CLE: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Browns would love to pick up a WR, but unless they can find someone to trade up to here, they'll be looking hard at Mingo. He could play at DE, or back out to OLB like a Von Miller type
4 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Barkley is only going after Smith because of his arm strength. He should be a franchise-QB, and has excellent intangibles, which is what Oakland needs
5 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers have been slowly building their team from all directions. Lotulelei is a difference-maker at DT, and would be an excellent pick-up
7 - IND: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Colts should be looking at Jones and Hankins with this pick. I think Jones would be a better fit, and has better value here. Would also give them the opportunity to move Mathis or Freeney
8 - NO: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Saints take the best defensive player on the board, and immediately have a building block for the future
9 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Jets could look at Jenkins as a NT, but they really need to help Sanchez. Hunter has good speed and hands, and could be a prayer for the Jets
10 - BUF: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
Bray should be as ready to start as Tannehill was, meaning they may not think he is, but he'll be fine. The Bills need to move on from the wildly inconsistent Fitzpatrick
11 - TB: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bucs would be crazy to pass on Te'o here. There are not many MLBs like this, and they need one
12 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys have been looking for a new NT, and considered picking up Dontari Poe last year. Jenkins has good size and strength to be a very good NT
13 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions have to choose between Milliner and Werner here. I think Milliner is a better choice, and fills a much bigger need. Their secondary outside of Delmas is terrible
14 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins should only go WR if Allen or Hunter is here. They have enough receivers like Woods. If Allen is gone, they'll look hard at Werner
15 - PHI: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Eagles have sorely missed Brain Dawkins since he left several years ago. Reid isn't quite Dawkins, but he plays with a similar intensity, and might have better coverage skills
16 - SEA: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Joeckel is a better LT, but Matthews will fill their need at RT. Joeckel relies on good footwork and leverage, where Matthews is a true mauler, which is more what they need
17 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
If the Seahawks take Joeckel, the Rams will take Matthews, but i see it happening more this way. The Rams can't afford to let Bradford continue to take a beating
18 - STL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
(from WAS) Bradford still needs a real #1 WR. Woods is similar to Justin Blackmon in that he is good at everything, just not exceptional at anything
19 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings need a true cover corner to eventually replace Antoine Winfield. Banks is a tough player with excellent coverage skills
20 - CIN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Not even a second thought for the Bengals who take the best player off the board and fill an immediate need with a pass rusher
21 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Marcus McNeil's retirement has killed this team. Gaither has been injured, but is not a true LT. Lewan would give them a reliable blocker and help keep Rivers upright long enough to find his receivers
22 - PIT: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Steelers continue to build their offensive line with another 1st round selection. DeCastro and Jones would be a tough duo of guards
23 - ARI: Logan Thomas, QB, Virginia Tech
Thomas is not yet a complete QB, but the Cardinals need someone other than Kolb and Skelton who are constantly injured and inconsistent
24 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers should be in the market for a CB and a FS this offseason. Amerson has the size and ability to play either at the next level
25 - SF: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The 49ers need another top-shelf OLB to pair with Aldon Smith. Lemonier should fill that spot nicely
26 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons need to find a way to generate some sort of pass rush. Jeffcoat's injury should drop him a bit, and Okafor looks like a complete player already
27 - DEN: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
Lattimore is a beast of a running back, and the Broncos could use that. McGahee is getting old and Moreno hasn't showed much improvement. Lattimore and Hillman would be a nice 1-2 punch, especially in the passing game
28 - BAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Ravens took Osemele int he 2nd round last year, but he seems destined to play RT for them. Warmack is a monster that can help fill the gap left by Ben Grubbs
29 - CHI: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
With all fo the top o-linemen off the board, the Bears look at a nice DT. Short is a powerhouse and should play early and often for them
30 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans take a flyer on a potentially really good #2 WR. Williams has good size and speed. The only question will be whether or not he can block down the field
31 - NE: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Patriots know how to spot talent later in rounds, and this pick would prove it. Williams would be a nice choice as Wilfork's eventaul replacement, and can help them continue to restock with talented young players
32 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Martellus Bennett has been great, but he is anything but terrifying to opposing defenses. Imagine what Eli could do with a big receiving TE like he had with Shockey, aside from the attitude issues
