1 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Jaguars should see massive changes this offseason if they're picking here. A new coach and GM would likely want a new QB, as Gabbert hasn't lived up to his potential

2 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Chiefs get the safer of the two QBs, and should dump Cassel to the wolves

3 - CLE: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Browns take the best player on the board, and have an excellent DE to pair with Jabaal Sheard

4 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders take the best player on the board. Seymour has been great at 33, but Tommy Kelly has been a waste of space and money. They should dump him ASAP and use Lotulelei as a building block for their defense

5 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers should take the best defensive player here. Hankins has the makings of a stud in the NFL and the Panthers have a massive hole at DT

6 - TEN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Titans get the best DE on the board. He could add a few pounds and get stronger, or they can move him to OLB

7 - IND: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
No questions about this pick if he's available, especially with Hankins off the board. The Colts need a NT and at least one OLB. Jones is a beast and can replace Freeney, who will be owed a lot of money

8 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints would love Lotulelei or Hankins, but they also have a decent sized hole at DE. Werner can replace Cam Jordan on passing downs, and eventually replace Will Smith

9 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Jets will look hard at John Jenkins and Manti Te'o, but i think the need to find help for Sanchez will be more prevelant. Hunter is a really good receiver, and with Stephen Hill, will give them an excellent duo of young receivers

10 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys shouldn't have to put much thought into this. They looked hard at Poe last year, and still need a real NT

12 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Te'o is the best player on the board, but the Lions can't continue to ignore their secondary. Milliner will hopefully help stop the bleeding that has been going on all year

13 - TB: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bucs take the best player on the board and fill a giant need at MLB

14 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
If Allen is still on the board, i think the Rams will go with him over Joeckel with their first pick

15 - PHI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Eagles take the best o-lineman on the board, and have a really good interior lineman to build around

16 - MIA: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Dolphins need safety help, badly. Reid has good value here, and fills a bigger need than other players would

17 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams get both of their top players. Bradford should be thrilled to see the team get him a real WR and a real starting LT

18 - MIN: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Instead of reaching for a CB or LB, the Vikings play it smart and continue to build their passing game. Woods and Harvin would give Ponder a really good set of WRs

19 - SEA: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Seahawks move Carpenter to RG, where he is better suited, and plug Matthews at RT, giving them one of the better young lines in the league

20 - CIN: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Bengals take the best player on the board and fill their hole at HB. BJGE is a nice band-aid, but he's not much more than that

21 - ARI: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
If Bray is gone, i think the Cardinals will look at LT and OLB. But Bray has serious upside, and has shown that he can be lethal with a few solid receivers

22 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers miss Nick Collins more than people expected. They have no presence on deep plays, and could use some help. Amerson's skill-set and instincts would make him an excellent FS

23 - SD: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Chargers take an OLB in the 1st round for the 2nd consecutive year, and for good reason. Moore and Ingram should be one of the best young OLB duos in the NFL, and both can learn from Shaun Phillips in the meantime

24 - BAL: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Ravens should watch film on McDonald when thinking about replacing Ed Reed. He may not have his hitting ability, but his ball skills and awareness is right up there

25 - PIT: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Ike Taylor is starting to show his age, and they need to think about replacing him. Banks is a really good player, and would be a nice pick here

26 - DEN: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Broncos need some help up front and Jones would be a good pick. He can play any line position, and help them fill a few holes

27 - ATL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Falcons need a LT badly. Lewan may be shaky early, but he should develop into a really good LT in due time

28 - SF: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The 49ers love Aldon Smith, but they need another OLB to compliment him. Lemonier's play has declined a bit, but he is still a top talent

29 - CHI: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The Bears need another DT, period. With all of the top o-linemen off the board, this pick becomes a little easier

30 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Patriots need another CB to start across from McCourty. Rhodes is a solid player that should draw Belichecks ire

31 - HOU: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Fisher may need some time at RT early, but he has potential and ability to develop into a really good LT should anything happen to Duane Brown

32 - NYG: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Easy pick for the Giants between Mosley and Eifert. I think Mosley has a higher grade, and fills a bigger hole with the emergence of Martellus Bennett
