1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Chiefs don't need an elite athlete, their team is loaded with them. What they do need, is a reliable, accurate QB that can lead this team

2 - CLE: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Weeden is getting better every game, so I'm not giving up on him yet. Mingo would be an absolute difference maker on this defense as a DE or OLB like Von Miller

3 - OAK: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
It's going to be hard for the Raiders to pass on Smith or Barkley if they are available here. Smith should continue get better at the mental part of the game, and become a really really good QB

4 - JAX: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Jagaurs should give Gabbert one more year before completely abandoning him (Especially with Barkely and Smith off the board). Adding a top-shelf LT, and getting him a few more weapons would be the best possible thing for him

5 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans can't afford to not take Montgomery. Derrick Morgan is not an every down player, and the Titans need a legitimate pass rusher

6 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers didn't take Cox last year, and though Kuechly is working out nicely, they need a DT

7 - IND: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Colts should be between Hankins and Jones here. If they think Hankins can be a true NT, he'll be the pick, if not, I like Jones

8 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints are another team in dire need of a pass rushing DE. Werner is only going to get better as he has gains more experience and learns his position better

9 - NYJ: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Jets will likely take whoever the Colts don't take. They need a NT badly, and could use an outside pass rusher

10 - DAL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Cowboys take a flyer on a potential monster at OLB. They need a pass rusher to compliment Demarcus Ware, and Moore has been flying up draft boards

12 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions can't afford to not take Milliner with this pick. He is high-and-above the best CB in the draft, and would be a good cornerstone for this otherwise terrible (aside from Delmas) secondary

13 - TB: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bucs should jump all over Te'o with this pick. They need a MLB, and he's one of the best prospects to come along in some time

14 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
(from WAS) The Rams should have a choice between Hunter and Allen here. I think Hunter will better compliment their current receivers, and would give Bradford a legitimate deep threat

15 - PHI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Eagles have tried just about everything to fix their awful o-line, which is easily the worst part of their team. Adding Warmack will give them a stabilizing force in the interior to help get a push

16 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Tannehill has looked pretty good with Hartline and Bess as his top receivers. Imagine what he could do with a real threat

17 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams get themselves a mauler of a tackle that can play LT or RT

18 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings could do well with a good, young CB. Harrison Smith has been a force at safety, and Wifield has been good at CB, but he's ancient

19 - SEA: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The Seahawks badly need a DT. Short will fit nice with this defense, as he has the ability to get after opposing QBs

20 - CIN: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Bengals take the best player on the board. They should think that Reid can replace Mays at safety, and feel much safer about their deep passing defense

21 - ARI: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
Pairing Bray and Fitzgerald could be a deadly combination. Bray may need some time to adjust, but his physical ability alone should help him along

22 - GB: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
The Packers get one of the most intriguing HBs in recent memory. No one of this size should move or catch as well as he does as a HB, and the Packers would love his blocking ability

23 - SD: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
I don't know that he'll make it this far, but the Chargers need a dominating NT. Jenkins can eat up 2-3 blockers on every play, and help thier LBs get free

24 - BAL: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Ravens look to replace Reed with another ballhawk. Amerson's size and instincts would make him a good FS. He can also fill in at CB if they need him, and if he can develop more as a tackler, the Ravens could have a steal

25 - PIT: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
The Steelers need to start thinking about replacing James Harrison. Lemonier fits their mold of undersized pass rushers, and would be a good replacement candidate

26 - DEN: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Broncos need to improve their o-line to keep Peyton upright. Jones is a tough kid that can play and of the o-line position

27 - ATL: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Falcons need to upgrade their d-line badly, both with a pass rusher and a DT

28 - SF: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Both of the 49ers CBs are weak, and they could both be gone after this season. Rhodes is very good in coverage, and still developing

29 - CHI: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Bears have a bunch of needs, but it would be hard to pass on Eifert here, especially given the lack of production from Kellen Davis (8 receptions). Eifert would quickly become one of Cutler's favorite targets, and could help this offense continue to grow

30 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Patriots have slowly watched Wilfork become less and less effective. He is still a top DT, but they should look for someone that can sub in for him from time to time to keep him fresh and effective

31 - HOU: Robert Woods, WR, USC
I dont know that Woods will far this far, but if he does, the Texans won't think twice about taking him. He would be a good compliment to Andre Johnson, and give Shaub another very reliable target

32 - NYG: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Giants would love Sylvester WIlliams or Eifert, but they also need an OLB, and Mosley is the best player on the board
