1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
I think Geno Smith is physically far more impressive, but like Luck and RG3 last year, i think Barkley gives KC a strong leader with impeccible accuracy; something they've lacked with Cassel
2 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
I can't see the new owner sticking with their coach, QB and GM if they're in this position again. Smith should excite their fan base like RG3 did in Washington. They can only hope that he has similar success
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
This pick should be between Jones and Mingo. I think Jones would be a safer pick, and they should start studying up on what Denver did with Von Miller
4 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders will almost definitely cut Tommy Kelly after this season as he is a waste of money and a roster space. Lotulelei would have the opprotunity to learn from Richard Seymour, and perfect his craft
5 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers need interior d-line help, badly. Kuechly has been good, but he can't be their only run stopped.
6 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Bills take a bit of a gamble here on a potential franchise QB. If Wilson plays like he did the past few years, they'll be alright. Let's just hope the bring him in slow and easy
7 - IND: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Colts should pass on Jenkins as a NT only if Mingo or Jones are on the board. Mingo can replace Dwight Freeney, who will likely be moved before his big pay day
8 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans get a beastly DE here. Montgomery is a stout run stopper and an above-average pass rusher. Both of with are on the list of things the Titans need
9 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions can't afford to take the best player on the board here. They need secondary help in the absolute worst way. Milliner is an excellent coverage player, and a strong tackler. Should be a #1 CB for the next 10 years
10 - TB: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bucs go for a monster MLB to lead their defense. Mason Foster can move to OLB, and they'll have a scary 2nd level
11 - NYJ: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
I'm not sure what the Jets will do with this pick. They could go QB, WR, RT, NT or OLB. I think players like Jenkins are hard to find, and will give them a strong presence at NT
12 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams can't afford to let Joeckel slip past them at this pick. Taking a WR might be tempting, but they'll have to wait for now
13 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints need a pass rushing DE in this draft. Werner is an absolute steal at 13, and should only get better as he gains experience
14 - CIN: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
Lattimore certainly won't be around next time they pick, and they need some more explosiveness in their offense. BJGE is anything but explosive
15 - DAL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Cowboys opt for an OLB pass rusher here. Moore has been flying up draft boards as he currently leads the SEC in sacks and TFL
16 - MIA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Dolphins go for the blazing fast WR here. Tannehill has a big arm and they might as well draft someone that can go get the ball deep
17 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams opt to play it safe and continue to build their offensive line. Warmack could go higher than this, but i don't see him dropping below here
18 - PHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles get a dominating OT that can play left or right depending on the recovery of Jason Peters
19 - ARI: Tyler Bray, QB, Tennessee
The Cardinals can't keep trying to plug along with Kolb and Skelton. They should bring in a new QB and start over
20 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
No way the Vikings pass on Allen if he's available. If they don't take him, I'd think Green Bay or Seattle will
21 - GB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Packers go for a ballhawking FS here. The release of Nick Collins has killed their defense, and they'll need someone to fill it in
22 - SEA: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Seahawks defense is terrifying, but aside from Lynch, their offense is anything but. Woods would be an excellent young WR to bring in that can grow with Russell Wilson
23 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Charger have an undrafted rookie starting at LT; that's never a good thing. Lewan would be an instant starter at LT or RT when Gaither comes back
24 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens pick a beastly MLB to eventually replace Ray Lewis, which may be sooner than we initially thought
25 - PIT: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Steelers need to start replacing their LBs that aren't Woodley. They wanted Hightower last year, but missed out. Now they go get another Bama LB that can play inside next to Timmons
26 - DEN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Champ Bailey should be out in the next year or so, and they'll need someone to step in to his spot
27 - SF: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
The 49ers get another pass rushing OLB to pair with Aldon Smith. This defense continues to get scarier
28 - ATL: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Falcons get a LT that can replace Sam Baker, who hasn't been consistent enough to be a franchise LT
29 - NE: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Patriots get Tom Brady a young, fast WR that can stretch opposing defenses
30 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants like Martellus Bennett, but they'd be better off with a big receiving TE to pair with him
31 - HOU: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Texans don't have many needs, but they could use an upgrade at safety over Danieal Manning. McDonald and Quin would be a good duo for deep coverage
32 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Bears take the best o-lineman on the board. Jones can fill in at any line position, and should find a starting role early
