1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Chiefs look lost this year, regardless of whether Cassel is playing or not. Barkley would give them a young QB to build on, and an exceptional leader and tactician who should have little issue adjusting to the NFL
2 - JAX: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
I have a hard time seeing the Jaguars stay with Gabbert regardless of how the season shapes out. He is not talented enough to make plays on his own, which is an issue for Jacksonville. Smith is a playmaker whenever the ball is in his hands, and would give them a much better chance of winning
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns go for the best player on the board. Jones is a beast of a pass rusher, and very good in coverage, both of which the Browns need.
4 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers run defense is abysmal at best, and their DT situation is the main cause. Adding Lotulelei would give them a strong interior force that can blow o-linemen of the line and create havoc in opposing backfields
5 - OAK: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Raiders have an incredible amount of options here, but i think they'll go with a defensive building block. They may look to drop down for Milliner, but i think Hankins would be a nice replacement for Tommy Kelly
6 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
It troubles me not to mock a QB here. Buffalo has no offense outside of Fred Jackson and CJ Spiller, and Fitzpatrick is wildly inconsistent. Wilson has a big arm, and potential to develop into a top QB
7 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
This pick should be between Montgomery and Mingo. I think Montgomery will translate better as a 43DE, and give them a strong pass rusher and stout run defender
8 - TB: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Bucs need a top CB as they've seen their secondary get torched recently. Milliner is a monster in coverage and as a run defender. Look for him and Barron to reignite a fire under this defense
9 - IND: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Colts picked up thier offensive leader last year (Luck), and now go for a defensive leader. Te'o has a nose for the football, and moves very well for his size. He should be this defense's leader once Mathis and Freeney move on
10 - CIN: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo's play has not helped him this year, and he is slipping a bit, which is just fine for the Bengals. They need aggressive pass rushers, and Mingo's ceiling is incredibly high
11 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams need a LT more than a #1 WR. Bradford can't make throws if he's on the ground. The emergence of Saffold should give them hope that he can be a stout RT, with Barksdale as a strong swing-tackle
12 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints go for the pass rusher, which makes sense given their struggles this season
13 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions need to go get whoever they think is the best DB available several times in this draft. Banks can play CB or S, and would give them an excellent option at either position
14 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys go get themselves a beastly NT. They wanted Poe last year, but went for Claiborne instead. This year they finally get their guy
15 - ARI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals should be looking at Matthews and Damontre Moore here. I think Matthews is a safer pick and gives them a real LT, which means Massie can go to RT, where he should fare far better
16 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
I can't see the Jets going any other way with this pick based on who's on the board. Hunter is a playmaker, which is something this team has been missing for a long time
17 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins also opt for a playmaking WR. Allen doesn't have the speed of Hunter, but his hands and instincts make him a threat
18 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Missing out on the top 2 WRs would be rough, but the Rams need to focus on protecting Bradford. Joeckel and Warmack should give this team a serious boost in protection
19 - PHI: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Eagles go for a ballhawking safety. Reid is a strong tackler, and excellent in coverage. Eagles fans should like this one
20 - MIN: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
The Vikings get a scary DT here. Short has potential as a pass rusher, and knows how to get into position to eat up multiple blockers in the run game
21 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Chargers almost have to pick Lewan here if he's available. He can start at LT, and Gaither can slide over to RT
22 - PIT: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina
A luxury pick for the Steelers. They should be moving on from Mendenhall after this season, and they'll need a feature back
23 - GB: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Packers go get a playmaking defensive back. The fact that Charles Woodson could be done in Green Bay makes this pick that much more neccessary
24 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Seahawks like Sidney Rice outside, and they'll need another big outside receiver, but Austin's explosiveness and their need for a slot recevier should make this pick easy
25 - SF: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The 49ers go get an outside pass rusher that they can pair with Aldon Smith
26 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
As good as Martellus Bennett has been, the Giants need a vertical threat at TE. Eifert is a mismatch regardless of where he lines up on the field
27 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens go for a tackling machine at MLB. The end of Ray Lewis looks like it might be closer than we expected
28 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Broncos need a DT badly. Williams is a monster as a pass rusher and run stopper.
29 - NE: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Patriots are not without fault on the offensive line. Both of their guards could be upgraded, as could their RT. Jones could play any of those positions
30 - ATL: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
The Falcons need a pass rushing DE. Carradine might be a bit of a reach here, but looking at Bruce Irvin's early impact, it makes sense to take a shot at him here
31 - HOU: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Texans go get a #2 WR for Shaub. Woods has a strong skill-set to develop into a #1, and would have the benefit of learning from Andre Johnson
32 - CHI: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Bears love their LBs, and Briggs and Urlacher are getting old. They'd be smart to start looking for smoe young depth ASAP

Average -- This would all make sense if the raiders actually had a first round pick, the bengals own that pick

-- Wrong. They don't have a second round pick
