1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
I can't see the Chiefs going with anyone else here, especially given how RG3 has played in Washington. The Chiefs are loaded with offensive playmakers, and need a QB that can get the ball to them
2 - JAX: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Jaguars should give up on Alualu as a starter at DT and replace him. Hankins has the making of a stud at the next level
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns need a WR and TE, but not here. Jones is the best player on the board, and would give them a strong every down LB that can rush the passer and cover athletic HBs and TEs
4 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers need at DT is killing them right now. They thought they'd be alright, but that's not the case. Lotulelei is a massive, disruptive DT that should open some lanes for their stud LBs
5 - OAK: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Raiders go for the best player on the board here, and get an athletic pass rusher that can play DE on passing downs or OLB on shorter yardage situations
6 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans get the best DE o the board, and add a clutch pass rusher and run stopper
7 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
If the Bills can get their defense motivated and get a new QB, they'll be contending for playoff position in no time. Wilson is a big-armed kid that should see the field early in place of Fitzpatrick
8 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Jets go for a playmaking WR here. Might be a bit of a reach, but Sanchez can't keep going out there with no reliable weapons around him
9 - TB: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Bucs like how Donald Penn has played, but Trueblood has been disappointing. Lewan should help them open holes for Martin and keep Freeman upright and clean
10 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bengals need a better MLB, and get one here. They like to take the best player availabe, and this is a win-win for them
11 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Will Smith is likely headed to free agency after this season based on how he has played and what he'll be owed
12 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams shouldn't count of Allen being around when it's their turn to pick again. He would be a huge addition to this offense
13 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
I dont know that Jenkins will make it this far, but if he does, he isn't getting past Indy. They need a dominating NT to anchor their 34, and Jenkins would be very hard to pass on
14 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
If he lasts this long, Milliner will be the only pick for the Lions. They have too many secondary issues to think about drafting anyone else here
15 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys go get a beastly interior lineman to help boost their running game and Romo protection
16 - PHI: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Barkley's play has been sub-par, and most teams probably won't think about him at all. The Eagles, however, could be looking for a new coach, or at the very least, an new QB
17 - SD: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers get an athletic LT to replace Gaither, who would be better served at RT
18 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams have to keep Bradford off the ground and uninjured. Matthews is a mauler who can play LT or RT if Saffold proves he belongs there
19 - ARI: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Moore is the best player on the board, and fills a massive need for the Cardinals as a 34 pass rusher
20 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings need another CB, badly. Banks is solid all-around CB, and would be nice as Winfield's replacement
21 - SEA: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Russell Wilson needs some better targets, and Woods is a good one. Sidney Rice is a good #1, and Woods and Golden Tate can nicely fill the #2 and #3 spots
22 - GB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Packers go get a S to fill Nick Collins' spot. Reid is a playmaker, and can cover and help in the running game. Good pick for the Packers
23 - MIA: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Dolphins need a RG, and Jones is the best o-lineman on the board. He can also fill for other postions if they need him to
24 - BAL: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Ravens love Torrey Smith, and Boldin has played decently. Adding Austin would give them an more explosive slot receiver the Tandon Doss or Jacoby Jones
25 - DEN: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
Floyd has been quietly sneaking up draft boards by playing like he should play. Denver has a need at DT, and Floyd would be a good option
26 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
A bit of a reach, but the Patriots need to start thinking about replacing Wilfork, and Williams has the size and strength to do it
27 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Giants go get the best player available and get a dangerous threat at TE. Bennett's blocking ability, and Eifert's receiving skills would give the Giants an excellent 1-2 punch at TE
28 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons go for the best DE on the board, and end up with a really good one here
29 - PIT: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Foote has been solid for them, but he'll be 33 next season. Ogletree and Timmons would be a scary set of MLBs to have to run at or throw through
30 - SF: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The 49ers have a giant hole at S, and McDonald is on of the best players available. Easy pick here
31 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears go get a beastly OT. Fisher can play LT or RT depending on what they decide to do with Webb and Carimi
32 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans take the best WR available, and have an instant #2 guy. Andre Johnson will have fun teaching this kid
