1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
I've had Barkley here for a while, imagining that he'd pick up his play, but he hasn't. Smith, on the other hand, despite a big drop in his video game-esque numbers, is a lethal player with the ball in his hands
2 - JAX: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Montgomery has been a proven commidty at DE, unlike Mingo, who is all projection at this point. The new Jags GM should look for a building block, and Montgomery is a good choice
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns go for the best player on the board, and come away with a defensive playmaker. Jones can boost this teams pass defense as a rusher and by dropping into coverage
4 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Lotulelei is a safer option than Hankins. He has been nothing short of dominant against the Pac-12's best o-linemen, and will be an immediate starter in Carolina
5 - OAK: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Raiders need to replace Tommy Kelly, who is playing terribly and owed a good sum of money next year. Hankins would be a good choice
6 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Bills take a flyer on a big-armed QB that excels at stretching the field. Hopefully he can be more consistent than Mr Harvard
7 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Titans defense has been deplorable this season. Milliner can replace Finnegan as the #1 CB, and give their pass rushers some extra time to get after the opposing QBs
8 - IND: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Colts should be looking to replace at least one of Freeney or Mathis this offseason. Mingo is a bargain here, and could benefit from being a stand-up rush LB
9 - NYJ: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
I considered putting Barkley here, but the Jets already have a USC QB that is struggling, and dont need another one. They like Coples and Wilkerson as their DEs, but need a dominant NT, as Pouha has struggled
10 - CIN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Bengals get the best player on the board, and can move Maluga from MLB. Win-win for Cincy
11 - ARI: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Cardinals throw it all on the table for Barkley. This might be a bit of a reach, but they aren't going anywhere with Kolb and Skelton, and should dump them to get some money for a new LT
12 - SD: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
If the Chargers can't get a big WR like Bowe in free agency, look for them to go after Hunter or Allen here. Rivers has struggled mightily without a big #1 WR, and the new GM should recognize that
13 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams take the best OT on the board here. Joeckel should help keep Bradford upright, and Saffold and Barksdale should battle for the RT spot
14 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints get an absolute steal here with Werner. They'll likely be replacing Will Smith at the end of the season, and Werner would be a better pass rushing option than anyone on their roster
15 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Vikings shouldn't go for a DE or CB here if Allen is still available. He would give Ponder another excellent option outside of Harvin and Peterson
16 - TB: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Penn has been excellent at LT, but Trueblood is not a starting-caliber RT. Lewan would be a great option to plug in for him
17 - PHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles line has been terrible all season, and much of it has to do with the loss of Jason Peters. If he can return, Matthews would be a great choice for RT, if he can't play LT anymore, Matthews can slide over to that spot
18 - DAL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Cowboys should be between Okafor and Warmack here. I think Okafor will be a more attractice choice, and add some fire to their pass rush that is pretty much down to Demarcus Ware
19 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions get a value pick, and fill their biggest need here. Banks has the ability to be their #1 CB from day 1
20 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(from WAS) If Hunter and Allen are gone, the Rams should pass on Robert Woods, and continue to pad up their o-line. Warmack is one of the best guard prospects in recent memory
21 - MIA: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Dolphins need a pass rushing DE, and Moore has been dominant since moving to a 43 scheme
22 - BAL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
Woods would be a good compliment to Boldin and Torrey Smith, giving Flacco an exceptional 3-receiver set
23 - SEA: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Seahawks need a RT, and this class gets thin after the top 5-6 players. Fisher can plug in to RT, and they can move Carpenter back to his college position of guard, giving them a very good, very powerful o-line
24 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers have a giant hole at S, and could nicely fill it here with Reid
25 - PIT: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
The Steelers CBs have shown some weakness this year, and Ike Taylor is starting to look old. Rhodes would be a good addition to their otherwise young group of CBs
26 - DEN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Broncos nab a nasty DT here. Richardson, Wolfe and Miller should form a lasting core for this defense to continue rebuilding around
27 - GB: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
A bit of a reach, but the Packers really need a deep safety. McDonald can fill Nick Collins' spot, and help limit the deep damage
28 - CHI: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Bears pass on Barrett Jones, and go for a replacement for Urlacher. Ogletree is a quick, instinctive MLB who would be a solid addition at OLB until Urlacher calls it quits
29 - NE: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Patriots o-line is not as good as we would believe. Jones would fit Belicheck's requirement of a supremely versatile player, as he can play any OL position
30 - ATL: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
I thought about leaving Jordan out of this round, but the Falcons need a rush DE, and he has decent value here. Think of a more developed Bruce Irvin
31 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans should go for Williams over Tavon Austin. Williams doesn't have the same ceiling, but he is much bigger, and can start at #2 WR immediately
32 - NYG: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
This pick is a toss up between Eifert and Amerson. I think Eifert is a more polished player, and would give Eli a terrifying threat over the middle
