November 6th - order based on reverse power rankings...only trades that have occurred already were included

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
KC is in serious need of a franchise QB, but history suggests the Chiefs will look outside the draft.
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Tend to take best player available, but an upgrade at QB maybe in the offering here, especially if picking in the top 3.
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
could look for more help on offense, especially with a possible new head coach, but too early in the top 5. Best player available here, which on my list is Jarvis.
4 - CAR: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
top 5 is too early for receiver help; Carolina is still porous against the run
5 - BUF: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Another team that will seriously look at QB, but taking a QB from a warm weather environment (Barkley) into an hostile one is a possible recipe for disaster, although a possible new coaching staff would almost make a new QB a must. Manti Te'o has been looked at as a top flight linebacker, even in high school, and would look great next to Barnett in a 3-4 look, as well as the sole MLB in a 4-3 look
6 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
a potential pro bowl sack master to pair up with Derek Morgan on the other side of the line.
7 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
QB would not be needed this early with Carson Palmer on the team, but Oakland tends to grab players that are not predicted to them. Barkley would be able to ride the pine for a few years before taking over, ala Aaron Rodgers.
8 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo has the potential to become a double digit sack master at the next level, and the Jets have had a serious need for a top pass rusher since busting on Vernon Gholston...a QB wouldn't shock me though, especially if Barkley is still available.
9 - STL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
could the Rams turn Damontre into Von Miller 2.0? maybe better suited for 3-4 pass rushing role, but so was Miller
10 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
from WAS: The Rams will either try to trade back (getting an extra 2nd or 3rd round pick) or bundle this pick with their other 1st rounder to get Jarvis Jones, or to guarentee them the WR that they covet. The Rams biggest need is an OL upgrade, but the Rams are counting on Saffold and Wells to return from injury to solidify the OL, and Fisher hasn't been one to spend top draft picks on OT. The Rams were apparently all set to take Blackmon last year, until the Jags traded ahead of them.
11 - PHI: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
I am figuring in a new coaching staff, which should make Michael Vick looking for a new home, and Nick Foles still regulated to backup duties (which is probably better for him in the long run). With a new coaching staff, a new QB is usually selected within the first couple of years. If Reid stays, look for the Eagles to start Nick Foles and take a LT in the draft (Jason Peters may not come back from his Achilles injury)
12 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
A top blindside tackle as been needed for at least the past 5 years (maybe even the past decade)
13 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
arguably the worst defense in the league right now...if picking this high, the Saints will be looking for the top defensive upgrade possible
14 - CIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Cincy could use a top flight WR across from A.J. Green, but this maybe seen as too much of a luxury, and a defensive back may get the look here
15 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Chase Warmack is good enough to not only be the top OG in this draft class, but would challenge to be the best player available at ANY position at this point in the draft (I currently have him ranked #8 overall).
16 - SD: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
too early to grab Antonio Gates' heir apparent, and the Chargers do have issues getting after the QB, but an upgrade at LT has been needed ever since Marcus McNeil's back troubles, and Jared Gathier doesn't look like a long term answer
17 - MIN: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Percy Harvin should not be asked to play like a #1 receiver, so a big possession type to complement Percy would go a long way in Ponder's development.
18 - MIA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
possibly a bit early now, but after the combine, Tavon should shoot into the middle of the 1st round after a jawdropping 40 time. Miami needs to give Tannehill more playmakers
19 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions could be in the market for a pass rusher at draft time, with Cliff Arvil scheduled for free agency, so this could be a DE here, but the Lions have been in need of a shutdown cornerback.
20 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
offense is starting to gel and come alive, which should keep Josh Freeman as the starting QB next year (and beyond). Biggest need currently would be in the secondary.
21 - SEA: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
Seattle likes to run two TE sets, but doesn't have the seam buster that is needed.
22 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts have some aging players at top positions (Reggie Wayne and Dwight Freeney), so a WR or a pass rusher wouldn't be surprising here, but a space eater at NT is the more pressing need for next season; Jenkins has nice size and leverage. Of course, NT could be taken later, so if one of the top WR is available, this is possible or a 34 OLB like Dion Jordan could be possible
23 - PIT: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
Biggest need is secondary help, but I wouldn't be surprised at a wide receiver or DL
24 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
Xavier is not on many 1st round projections, but I think he will slip into the top of the round after the All-Star games/Combine/Pro day timeframe. Secondary is a big need for the Patriots, although NE tends to take BPA if they don't trade back.
25 - DEN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Former TE is extremely athletic, is able to get to the QB as well as support against the run. Has top 15 skills, but has a Day 2 brain.
26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Alec should and probably will go much higher than this, but if he is available when the Ravens select, he could become Ray Lewis' heir apparent
27 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
Barrett Jones is versatile enough to play all along the OL, and will become Jeff Saturday's eventual replacement at OC
28 - NYG: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
the Giants can never have too many pass rushers - could take over for Osi
29 - SF: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
Hankins is an enormous space eater that will keep blockers off the inside linebackers, but endurance will keep him a two down tackle
30 - CHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
pick may not be Lewan, but I would be 100% sure da Bears will be looking for a LT upgrade in the offseason
31 - ATL: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
pass rush upgrade on the other side of Abraham is one of a few needs for the Falcons
32 - HOU: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
would upgrade two OL spots as Ryan Harris could move to ROG with Matthews at RT
