1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
If the Chiefs have the top pick, they'll be hard pressed by their fans to find a new QB, as they boo'd Cassel off the field after a concussion. Smith doesnt quite compare to Luck or RG3, but more like Tannehill, which isnt a bad thing, as Miami has seen. Not pro-ready, but smart enough and talented enough to start and win with a good supporting cast

2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jaguars shouldn't reach for Wilson like they did for Gabbert. Lotulelei is the best player on the board, and would give them a massive upgrade at DT where Alualu has struggled

3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns also go for the best player on the board and fill a need with a monster OLB. Not quite Von Miller in terms of athleticism, but he is reliable in coverage and can stay on the field for all 3 downs

4 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
This is a very risky pick, but one the Panthers need to consider making. Hankins has tremendous upside and talent, and they really need a DT. This pick could determine the future of Ron Rivera with the team

5 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Bills grab themselves a really good QB with franchise-QB potential. Nothing outstanding about him aside from his arm strength and pocket awareness, but we know what he did last season with a strong head coach and 3 WRs that went in the draft

6 - OAK: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Raiders need to take advantage of this draft, and use it to bolster the team for the future. Te'o is the best player on the board, and gives them the inside presence that McClain did not. Should McClain return, he will likely not be at MLB, where Te'o should start from day 1

7 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets nab a top-shelf pass rusher here. He's nothing special, just a high effort, hard nosed OLB that should make life miserable for opposing QBs

8 - STL: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Rams also go OT, and get the best pass blocker in the draft. Joeckel should protect Bradford's blindside for a long time

9 - PHI: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Eagles shouldn't reach for Barkley here, and should instead focus on protecting whoever lines up for them at QB next season, likely Foles. Warmack is the best player on the board, and immediately makes this team better

10 - STL: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
(from WAS) The Rams take the best player on the board, and fill a massive need with a really good LB. Mosley should give them an excellent option and immediate upgrade at OLB

11 - TEN: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Titans take the best 43 DE on the board. After just missing on Warmack, they should look for a pass rushing DE

12 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions would be crazy to pass on Milliner with this pick if he is still available. Several teams could be looking to jump up for him, and the Lions may need to consider doing so, but they can't afford to not take him

13 - ARI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Lewan is an absolute bruiser at LT. The Cardinals need to take anyone to protect Kevin Kolb's blindside, and Lewan has franchise-LT potential and talent

14 - CIN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Bengals go for the best player on the board and get an exceptional DE/pass rusher. Moore is a bigger, stronger version of Bruce Irvin, and should look good on the Bengals defense

15 - NO: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Spagnuolo's defenses rely heavily on pass rushing DEs, and the Saints don't have too many on their roster. Jordan is an athletic monster that should catch his eye, and take Will Smith's spot at DE

16 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys have been talking about moving Ratliff to DE, and getting a real NT, and this is their chance.

17 - SD: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Chargers need to get Rivers a really good, big WR like he had in Vincent Jackson. Allen can be that guy, and immediately help his team out

18 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Bucs have a lot of options here, but i think they'll go for Banks as a new #1 CB

19 - MIA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Dolphins need to find weapons for Tannehill aside from Bush and Hartline. Hunter is a big play waiting to happen, and would be a good deep threat for the strong-armed Tannehill

20 - MIN: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
The Vikings need to look for a CB or 2 in this draft. Antoine Winfield is ancient, and aside from Chris Cook, there isnt much talent behind him. Amerson should be a good pick for this team

21 - IND: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Colts could look defense here, but if Matthews is on the board, he'd be hard to pass on. The Colts should do everything they can to protect Luck, and Matthews should be an excellent LT at the next level

22 - NE: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Patriots miss the days of Rodney Harrison and Lawyer Milloy roaming deep and bashing WRs and TEs over the middle. Elam has a similar type of intensity, and would be a good fit for this team which is in desperate need of secondary help

23 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Packers have a lot of needs to fill in this draft, especially on their o-line. Jones can take Saturday's spot at C or slide into one of the guard positions

24 - SEA: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
The Seahawks finally get the RT that they need, and can move Jon Carpenter back inside to guard

25 - NYG: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Giants could be losing Osi this offseason, and will need to repalce him. They have several needs on the o-line as well, but if they want the defense to be successful, they'll need another pass rusher like Werner

26 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers safeties are a massive liability for them. Not that they give up many big plays, because their front 7 is so good at providing pressure, but Gholson needs to be upgraded badly

27 - PIT: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
Jeffcoat is by no means a perfect prospect, but he'd be very good for the Steelers who need someone to step in for James Harrison very soon.

28 - DEN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Broncos got a steal with Wolfe last year, and now get a nice DT to compliment him. This team keeps getting scarier

29 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Vaccaro is not a perfect replacement for Ed Reed, but he would give them a really good, versatile DB that can play slot CB/FS/SS, all of which will be needs for the Ravens come next season

30 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Fisher is a bit of a reach, but the Bears need to upgrade their o-line badly if they ever want Culter to play a whole season. Webb is not a reliable LT, and could stand to be upgraded

31 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
After releasing Ray Edwards, the Falcons created a decent-sized hole at DE. Okafor would be a nice addition and a very good plug for that hole

32 - HOU: Robert Woods, WR, USC
If Woods falls this far, I can't see the Texans passing on him. They need a #2 WR, and someone that can repalce Andre Johnson at some point
