1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs have to take a shot at Smith with hopes that he can revive their franchise. They still need to fix their defensive line, but this could be a make-or-break pick for them
2 - JAX: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
This team is loaded with quick receviers that can catch the ball. They'd benefit greatly from having a smart QB that can get the ball to them quickly and let them do their thing. If they can teach Blackmon to run routes properly, this could be a nice pick
3 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns need all the help they can get, and go for the top player on the board. Jones can play SLB like Von Miller does for Denver, and rush the opposing QB on passing downs
4 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers go for the best option, which at this point is Lotulelei. The badly need a strong, disruptive presence at DT, and this is a best case scenario
5 - OAK: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Raiders need difference makers on both sides of the ball, and should look to add as much talent as they can with their picks. Te'o is easily the best player on the board here, and they need LBs
6 - BUF: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Cordy Glenn was a good pick up last year, but he should be at RT, not LT. Joeckel is the best pass blocker on the board, and fills their biggest need after QB
7 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Rams could look at several prospects here, but Lewan won't be available the next time they pick. They get Bradford a real blindside protector, and fill their biggest non-WR need
8 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Titans take the best 43DE on the board, and add the strongest pass rusher in the class
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets have a lot of options here, but i don't think anyone will be as attractive as the super-athletic Mingo. The Jets need to help Sanchez, but they also need pass rushers, and Mingo is the best one available
10 - ARI: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Jordan has been rocketing up draft boards, and the Combine should only help his stock. The Cardinals have a major need at OLB, and Jordan is as good as they come
11 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(from WAS) The Rams go o-line again and add a superb talent at guard. Lewan and Warmack should help keep Bradford safe while their WRs continue to develop
12 - CIN: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Bengals add the best player on the board, and get a really powerful DT to pair with Geno Atkins. This would be a fearsome duo to have to run the ball at
13 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
DRC will probably be gone after the season, and the Eagles will be looking to repalce him. Milliner has excellent value here, and would nicely compliment Asomugha, giving them 2 elite CBs, and if the development of Boykin continues, 3 really good ones
14 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys need a really strong NT to replace Ratliff, who would be better as a 5-tech. Jenkins is a big, powerful kid that should have an immediate impact on this defense
15 - DET: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Lions can't just go for the best player on the board, they need to address their secondary in the worst way. Banks might be a bit of a reach, but he would immediately be the best CB on their roster and fill their biggest need
16 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints go for the best DE on the board. Will Smith will likely be let go bc of how much money he is owed next year, and Werner would be an excellent replacement
17 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers could look WR here, but i think Matthews fills a bigger hole. Gaither has been injured, and they're starting an undrafted rookie at LT, never a good sign
18 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Dolphins will have their pick of Hunter or Allen, and i think they'll go for the less-explosive, more reliable one. Allen is a smooth route runner with strong hands and good awareness, something Tannehill should greatly appreciate
19 - TB: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Bucs need another DT to pair with Gerald McCoy, who has been exceptional this year
20 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings have plenty of other needs, but they are lacking a big, explosive outside WR for Ponder to get the ball out to. Hunter and Harvin would be a rough combo for any d-coordinator to prepare for
21 - SEA: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Seahawks need to find more weapons for Wilson to throw the ball to. They need a good WR and a TE, and Eifert gives them both
22 - PIT: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Steelers get an outside pass rusher to succeed James Harrison at OLB. Montgomery is a high-powered rusher that should be a good fit in a 34
23 - IND: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Colts have other needs, but Woods would be hard to pass on here. Reggie Wayne is getting older, and Hilton is not a #1 option. Woods would give Luck a really good young recevier to grow with, and eventually take Wayne's spot
24 - GB: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Vaccaro has been flying up draft boards, and is the best player on a very talented Texas defense. The Packers need a strong presence at safety, and Vaccaro would be a good fit
25 - DEN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Broncos need to add a good, powerful DT early in this draft, and Richardson is as good as they come
26 - NE: Bennie Logan, DT, LSU
Another team that really needs a DT picks the best one on the board. Wilfork and Love arent getting any younger, and they need to keep adding young pieces to their defense
27 - NYG: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
The Giants will likely add a DE early in the draft, and Carradine is the best player on the board
28 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers need to replace Gholson at safety, and Reid is the best one available
29 - BAL: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Ravens need to find someone that can actually repalce Ray Lewis, and Mosley is a really good choice
30 - CHI: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Bears take the best o-lineman on the board, and land an excellent, versatile player that can play guard or center
31 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans need a #2 WR, and someone that can repalce Andre Johnson down the road. Williams has #1 talent, but will need some time to adjust to an NFL offense
32 - ATL: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
Should he come out this year, Ansah will be one of the most interesting prospects in the draft. The Falcons should be intrigued by his incredible athleticism and unlimited ceiling
