Average Rank: 3.0 out of 5 (22 votes) -- Rank This Mock Draft

1 - KC: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Chiefs have been going back and forth on who they like better - Fischer or Joeckel but I think they will settle on Joeckel. He's a very talented guy and the Chiefs won't look back on this pick.
2 - JAX: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Alot of rumors of Fischer going here but I believe its a bluff and the Jags stay put here and draft there biggest need - pass rush - as they get Dion Jordan here out of Oregon with the 2nd pick.
3 - OAK: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
The Raiders have a lot of needs but defensive line is their biggest. I believe Sharrif Floyd is going to be a force in the middle and the Raiders need that and will get that by pick up Floyd here at 3.
4 - ARI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(Trade with PHI) Well the Eagles want to move back and the Cardinals want to protect Carson Palmer and I believe they need to move up to do that and they do by drafting Fischer here at 4.
5 - DET: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
The Lions may also want to move out of this spot but I think they stay put and take Lane Johnson here with the 5th pick. Going with young tackles down in Detroit.
6 - NYJ: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
(Trade with CLE) This may be the biggest shocker but the Jets need a QB and they do so by trade their 9th pick to the Browns and drafting Geno Smith here at 6. They need a big armed guy and Smith will be a nice fit with this team.
7 - PHI: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
(Trade with ARI) With the Eagles dropping back, they still sit in a position to draft their guy and do by taking Dee Milliner with the 7th pick. They need this guy and I believe settle on him.
8 - BUF: Ryan Nassib, QB, Syracuse
Ryan Nassib, in my opinion, is the most NFL ready QB in this draft and I believe this is a good spot for him to go where he will become a huge part of this offensive right away. Look out for the talented Nassib here at 8.
9 - CLE: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
(Trade with NYJ) With the Browns trading back, they still get their guy in Ziggy Ansah here at 9. What a talent he is going to be and the Browns will love him.
10 - TEN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Titans need an O-Line bad and Jonathan Cooper makes the most sense here at 10. He's very talented and will be a great guard at the next level.
11 - SD: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
This pick may be a reach but it also makes the most sense. The Chargers need an offensive tackle and I believe they will settle on DJ Fluker, a guy who will be a pretty good tackle in the NFL.
12 - NO: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
(Trade with MIA) The Saints really like this guy, so much that I believe they trade up to get him here at 12. This would be a nice pick for them.
13 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
(Trade with TB) The Jets get their QB and now they get their playmaker. Mingo is going to be very talented and I don't think they will regret this pick here at 13.
14 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers are so happy Star fell to them here. He is going to be a heck of an NFL player and they no that. This should be a great pick here at 14 and great fit.
15 - MIA: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
(Trade with NO) I'm sure Miami would love to trade this pick to but instead they stay here and draft Chance Warmack with the 15th pick. This guy is unreal. He will be a great talent and the Dolphins get a steal here. If they land Albert, they could have one of the best offensive lines in the NFL.
16 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Rams sit at 16 where they can draft a very talented young safety, Kenny Vaccaro out of Texas. This young man can makes plays and they will love this pick.
17 - PIT: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
This makes the most sense here at 17. The Steelers let James Harrison go to the Bengals and now they can get a younger pass rusher in Jarvis Jones at 17.
18 - DAL: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
The Cowboys were hoping Vaccaro would fall this far but he didn't. They now can go with a guy who is going to make a lot of sense, Sylvester Williams. He is going to be a stud in the NFL and they will not regret this pick.
19 - NYG: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Giants need a MLB and I think there going to settle and draft Manti Teo here at 19. Let's face it, he already has alot of hype or overhype but now he's going to get more going to New York.
20 - MIN: Kevin Minter, ILB, LSU
(Trade with CHI) The Vikings really want to fill that MLB spot and I think they do so by taking Kevin Minter here out of LSU. He is very talented and they can't miss with this guy right here at 20.
21 - CIN: Datone Jones, DE, UCLA
The Bengals already added James Harrison and now they can continue to add pass rush and draft Datone Jones with the 21st pick here. What a pass rushing duo that would be in Cincy.
22 - STL: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
(Trade with WAS) The Rams sit in a spot where no reciever has been picked yet and now they can make their selection and take Cordarrelle Patterson, a young man who has all the skills to make it at the next level.
23 - CHI: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
(Trade with MIN) The Bears traded back because they knew there guy would still be here. They are high on Arthur Brown and will look to take him with the 23rd pick overall here.
24 - IND: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
The Colts could look to add nice, young cornerback talent next to Vontae Davis by taking Desmond Trufant with their first round pick here. They can look to add pass-rush in the second round.
25 - MIN: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
With two first round picks, the Vikings should use one on a young reciever and Tavon Austin will not be a bad pick for them here at 25. He's going to be a nice reciever to compliment Greg Jennings.
26 - GB: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The Packers need improvement on the defensive side of the ball but they also need a run game. Eddie Lacy makes the most sense if he is still sitting here. He will be a force to reckoned with on this team.
27 - HOU: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Texans are going to be happy with this pick. They will pretty much take the best available player and that is definatley Ogeltree at this point. Good pick for them as they will look to go defense.
28 - DEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Broncos need to somehow replace Elvis Dumervil and they can do so by taking Bjoren Werner here at 28. Good pickup for them in this draft.
29 - NE: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Patriots have alot of needs on defense but this one makes the most sense. Sheldon Richardson is going under the radar in this draft and this pick could be a steal late in the first round.
30 - ATL: Cornellius Carradine, DE, Florida State
Atlanta is looking to add defensive line help and can do so by drafting the Tank here at 30. This kid will fit very well with Atlanta.
31 - SF: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The 49ers lost Gholston and need to replace him and not with Craig Dahl eitherl. Matt Elam will be a great pick if he is still sitting here and they wont regret this selection.
32 - BAL: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Ravens do need a linebacker but can wait till the second round to address that and take a guy to help out there expensive QB in Robert Woods here. He is going to be a very skilled reciever in the NFL and will be one to look out for.

Poor -- Geno won't be the top pick

Excellent -- I never said Geno will work but they need a QB. Hes going at 1.
Friday, January 4, 2013 2:04 PM
Excellent -- actually really like this draft. milliner to the lions makes alot of sense and your explanation on reid to the steelers was awesome. I believe milliner isn't a first round talent but he needs to go there because they need alot of help at that position.

Below Average -- Steelers wouldn't pass on Xavier Rhodes and Matt Elam for Reid.
Friday, January 4, 2013 6:17 PM
Average -- I like most of the picks. I will have to tell you though, Matthews is going back to school, and Austin is a great fit in a slot, but the Rams need a #1 receiver.
Friday, January 4, 2013 7:38 PM
Average -- Got to agree with you on that one. Austin's good, just a tough choice of who to fit there. Hunter would work well. - edawg

Poor -- Barkley #1 is an automatic Poor rating. Although I LOVE the Moore pick to my Titans.
Saturday, January 5, 2013 12:03 PM
Above Average -- I think its a good draft. Doesn't deserve a poor rating thats for sure. Barkley #1 is not an automatic. Smith can go there as well. Just because Kiper says Barkley, doesn't mean he's right. He's not alot of the time.
Monday, January 7, 2013 7:31 PM
Excellent -- I like the Barkley pick and Detroit moving back good job
Tuesday, January 8, 2013 9:56 AM
Poor -- No way Barkley goes 1st pick

Average -- Why does KC need OL? QB is are biggest need and Geno Smith is rated the only one in about all mock drafts. if we wait until the 2nd we will be screwed!
Monday, March 4, 2013 11:53 PM
-- Interesting new look...cant wait to see your next draft! Biggest suprise was seeing Arthur Brown drop out of the top 32 but also Jonathan Banks not being take is a shock but really alot of this makes sense!
Tuesday, March 5, 2013 12:50 AM
Above Average -- Agree with KC not going with Joeckel but do not seeing them go Werner. And do not see Raiders going Geno at 3, only if they were to trade Carson for picks which I do not see happening. They won't just cut Palmer for no reason.
Tuesday, April 23, 2013 3:29 PM
Below Average -- Not sure how you think the Pats have a ton of holes on D. young, yes. But those that know the Pats know there aren't many open spots le. NT - wilfork, DE - chandler jones, 5 tech-Kelly,LBs Mayo,Spikes,Hightower,DB dennard, talib, mccourtey,Wilson
