1 - KC: Robert Woods, WR, USC
(Smith, QB) Dwayne Bowe will likely not be resigned if the Chiefs are planning on starting over, which means they'll need a new #1 WR for Geno Smith

2 - JAX: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
(Lotulelei, DT) The Jaguars should let Gabbert go this offseason, and bring in a new young QB like Manuel. He had a really good college career, and started to develop into a pocket passer later in his career

3 - CAR: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
(Joeckel, LT) The Panthers' need for a DT is alarming. Short has excellent value here, and would be an immediate upgrade over anything they have at DT

4 - STL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
(Lewan, LT; Allen, WR) The Rams have to continue patching up their o-line to keep Bradford upright and healthy. Cooper is a steal at 36th, and would be a day 1 starter at guard

5 - CIN: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
(from OAK)(Warmack, OG) The Bengals need to add a HB in this draft, and Bernard is the best one on the board. BJGE will likely stick around as a short-yardage back, and Bernard can come in for every other play

6 - PHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(Milliner, CB) The Eagles should be preparing like Jason Peters will not be able to play LT anymore after blowing his Achilles. Fisher has starting-LT potential, and can replace Peters, or play RT if Peters comes back healthy

7 - TEN: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
(Moore, DE) The Titans need to find a CB that can compete with Verner and McCourty, who could both be gone after next season. If he doesn't win a starting spot immediatey, he'll be an exceptional slot corner

8 - BUF: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
(Barkley, QB) A bit of a reach here, but the Bills need to give Barkley more options than Stevie Johnson and Scott Chandler. Patterson has home-run potential every time he touches the ball, and would give the Bills 2 really good outside WRs

9 - NYJ: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Mingo, OLB) The Jets really need to get a RT that can protect Sanchez more efficiently than Austin Howard has. Thomas is a powerful kid that should have no issue stepping from day 1

10 - WAS: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
The Redskins need for CB help is almost as bad as Carolina's need for a DT. Poyer has solidified his spot as an early-mid 2nd round pick, and should make some team very happy

11 - ARI: Corey Lemonier, DE, Auburn
(Matthews, LT) The Cardinals defense is solid, but it has no pass rushers, which is a real issue in a 34. Lemonier would probably start across from Sam Acho right away, and would be an excellent pick

12 - DET: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Banks, CB) The Lions take the best player on the board, and again address their secondary. Banks, Vaccaro and Delmas would be a very solid foundation for their secondary

13 - MIA: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
(Montgomery, DE) Hartline is the only receiver on their roster with starting-WR talent. Rogers has brought his stock back up with a strong season at TTU, and would give Tannehill a really nice deep threat

14 - SD: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
(Te'o, MLB) Antonio Gates has been one of the NFLs best TEs over the past 10 season, but at 32, is declining. Ertz would be an excellent choice as a replacement

15 - DAL: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
(Wilson, QB) The Cowboys could look at a pass rusher here, but i think Williams has better value than any of them, and gives Dallas a real NT, allowing them to move Ratliff out to DE

16 - CIN: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Bengals like Maluga, just not at MLB. Ogletree would be an immediate starter there, and allow them to move Maluga out to SLB

17 - MIN: Desmond Trufant, CB, Washington
(Hunter, WR) The Vikings know that Winfield is getting older, and that Chris Cook is the only other decent CB on their roster. Trufant would give them another really good, young CB that can replace Winfield when his time is up

18 - SEA: Arthur Brown, ILB, Kansas State
(Fluker, RT) The Seahawks need another LB, and Brown is the best one on the board. His speed at WLB would nicely compliment KJ Wright's power at SLB, and throwing in Wagner's athletic ability gives them one of the better LB groups in the league

19 - NYG: Khaseem Greene, OLB, Rutgers
(Jordan, DE) The Giants go defense again, this time with a really good, local LB. Greene has been the heart and soul of Rutgers defense, which has been amongst the best in the nation, and the Giants need a really good LB

20 - TB: Nickell Robey, CB, USC
(Eifert, TE) The loss of Talib hasn't hurt them as much as expected, but they need to find a replacement for him. Robey is a bit smaller, but is an excellent CB that can cover any WR under 6'1, and is smart and fast enough to stay with slot guys on crossing routes

21 - MIA: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
(from IND) The Dolphins stay in-state and take the best player on the board. Starks is a free agent, and they may let him go and bring in a younger, cheaper alternative

22 - PIT: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
(Mosley, LB) The Steelers have seen Big Ben go down, or play injured too many times to be happy about it. Batch and Leftwich are capable backups, but neither of them has long-term potential. Glennon has really good value here, and would be a nice player to groom behind Ben until his time is up

23 - BAL: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
(Reid, FS) The Ravens go for a hard-hitting, big MLB here. Skov has been the heartbeat of the Stanford Cardinal, and would be a suitable replacement for Ray Lewis

24 - NE: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
(S Williams, DT) McCourty should not be playing safety, but they have no other option. McDonald would give them a strong pressence at FS, and allow them to move Talib and McCourty around to create favorable matchups

25 - SF: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
(Richardson, DT) The center will be 34 this offseason, and could be upgraded. Holmes will have a year to learn the system, and give them good depth at guard and center

26 - CHI: Larry Warford, OG, Kentucky
(B Jones, OL) The Bears go for another interior lineman, and add a really good one in Warford.

27 - DEN: Carrington Byndom, CB, Texas
(Elam, SS) Byndom has good value here, and adds youth and depth to the Broncos secondary. Champ Bailey can't play forever, and Tracy Porter isnt getting any young

28 - GB: Tony Jefferson, FS, Oklahoma
(T Williams, WR) The Packers are going to need to replace Charles Woodson, and this would be the time to do it. Jefferson has safety instincts and linebacker hitting ability. A devestating combo that should only help their defense

29 - HOU: Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia
(Austin, WR) The Texans decided not to go RT last year or in the 1st round, but do it here, and land an excellent prospect that should compete for playing time right away

30 - ATL: Travis Frederick, C, Wisconsin
(Okafor, DE) Konz was drafted last year to eventually take McClure's spot at center, but he can also play guard. The same goes for Frederick. One of them should take the center spot, with the other moving out to guard

31 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Browns used their 2nd round pick to take Josh Gordon in the Supplemental Draft

32 - NO: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Saints lost this pick in the sanctions for Bounty Gate
