Ranking based on projected finish, please leave comments

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs will likely field offers from Philly, Arizona, The Bills and Cowboys for this QB, in march every team looking for the next RG3 is going to ride this hype train. I don't think Smith is the best quarterback in the draft I just think he goes first because of the recent success of Newton and Griffin. That being said we will see a run on quarterbacks in the first round with a lot of teams reaching.
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Jags consider another QB but can't pass up the chance to land a talent like Lotulelei, their defense is good, their fan attendance is not they need a Star. Like how I did that? Regardless they let a fragile Gabbert have one more year with Henne likely to take over by week 3.
3 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Andy Reid and Michael Vick bounce back next year and shut the critics up, they bring in Luke Joeckel to keep mike on his feet...The alternate scenario is Reid gets fired and Matt Barkley gets the call after much off season QB drama, the real question is ... Who will be their coach?
4 - CAR: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
They need a pass rusher, Werner might not be as polished as you would like but his ceiling is super high and so is his motor. I could see them drafting Dee Milliner here if he has a solid combine.
5 - OAK: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Barkley gets a lot of criticism both good and bad, the truth is he is polished and a proven winner, he came into the season as the heisman trophy favorite and having since underachieved his draft stock has seen a hit. I believe by march he will be considered the top 5 pick he once was, at least by the Raiders who will replace one USC product with another. Mantei Teo is the better pick but let's face it the Carson Palmer trade didn't work out. They're lucky to still have this pick .
6 - CLE: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Dee Milliner with Joe Haden. This defense needs an identity if they can score Milliner and OLB CJ Mosley in the second round things are looking up. Other options would be Mantei Teo here and going with a WR in round 2.
7 - ARI: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Montgomery is one of those guys that's going to test off the charts at the combine, he also has great football instincts. The Cards add the playmaker looking for their Aldon Smith. A QB could be in their plans but I doubt it's this high.
8 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Cornerback is their biggest need but Mayhew has proven he will draft the BPA, that's Teo hands down, he wil have an instant impact behind a defensive line that boast two former first rounders in Suh and Fairley. The secondary can be upgraded in round two with Trufant or Rhodes if he slides.
9 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
I like Tyler Wilson he just isn't the QB I think Colin Klein is, he is however more ready for the NFL. The Bills are going to want Geno but wont be able to pry him from the desperate Chiefs.
10 - TEN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Again this defense needs identity, they will likey finish 25th in pass defense Banks is a perfect pick.
11 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Jets would like the luxury of drafting a defensive player here like a linebacker or defensive end but lack of depth at the position makes Hunter the first WR taken.
12 - SD: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
I could see them getting rid of Norv Turner and drafting Mike Glennon from N.C. State. If that dosent play out and they decide to suffer another year of Rivers, Jones is a massive talent I almost cried putting him here. The Chargers have many needs on the defensive line and their secondary is suspect, that said Jones is the BPA so they pull the trigger, I'd like to see Landry Jones in round two or three for SD it's time.
13 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Rams need more protection for Sam Bradford and Lewan is a bonus pick via Washington. They grab the talented Michigan product and hold off on Keenan Allen who would also make them happy.
14 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Miami needs a true number one receiver. Keenan Allen in round one and Tyler Eifert in round 2 and your in business.
15 - DAL: Collin Klein, QB, Kansas State
This is a tricky one because its possible the Cowboys trade all the way up for Geno Smith, Jerry Jones is going to want his own RG3 after watching him twice this year. I'm not including trades so they nab the likely heisman trophy winner. Some knock Kleins overall ability, they won't after his Pro day, oh yeah and that fore mentioned heisman.
16 - STL: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Rams grab their WR here and now their offense is twice as good as it was. Williams is a beast, he has good size and speed he could very well have the best hands in the draft, the combine will tell us that.
17 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Saints need some youth at LB and Mingo will be the spark they need. His stock is falling a little but after the smoke clears he's still worth the 17th pick, think Von Miller with less polish.
18 - MIN: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Vikings could use Robert Woods now with Harvin out, they have nobody behind him and defenses are not scared of Jerome Simson. Woods has made some amazing plays and has the speed to stretch the field, just what The Viks like to do.
19 - TB: Johnny Adams, CB, Michigan State
Ronde Barber will retire this year and Aqib Talib is gone, Adams isn't as good as Banks but he isn't far behind. This defense is a young and talented squad they need just a few more players to be really good.
20 - CIN: Eddie Lacy, RB, Alabama
The first Running Back comes off the board at pick#20- the lack of depth at this position lands Lacy here, the Bengals offense is loaded with weapons they just don't have much depth at RB, Lacy is capable of carrying the load if Benjarvis Green-Ellis goes down. They could end up drafting a linebacker or defensive lineman, there's a lot of depth at those positions this year and the Bengals could be scary with a Mingo or Jarvis Jones roaming
21 - PIT: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The injury to Polamalu has set this stellar defense back this year. Vaccaro isn't the ball hawk you would want from a first round safety but he is worth drafting 21st, would like the Steelers to go running back here, Monte Ball?
22 - SEA: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Think Jason Pierre-Paul. Pete Carrol knows how to pick players and this should be the guy, Jordan is a little unpolished but he should tune up quick in this emerging defense. I also like Andre Ellington here, sure they have Marshawn Lynch but he needs a dependable back up.
23 - IND: Nico Johnson, ILB, Alabama
Johnson should light up the combine and fit nicely as the future MLB on a surging team.
24 - GB: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
Warmack lands on injury ridden Packers team, he should start right away next to Bryan Bulaga.
25 - DEN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
They add a needed piece in Elam. This is a good secondary but age will catch up to them, I could see Matthews here or Moore, look for them to add weapons for Manning even if it appears he has enough
26 - BAL: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Bring in Moore now so he can have one year with Ray, it will make a difference
27 - NYG: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Jenkins isn't going to wow you like Suh or Lotulelei but he will get the job done, the Giants have depth at DT and its always good to have fresh legs
28 - CHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The benching of Gabe Carimi can only mean they're not satisfied. Don't be surprised if the Bears load up on defense and try to repeat a stellar defensive season.
29 - NE: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
Bellicheck will make the most of his draft picks even if they don't project as high for other teams, that said, Despite the recent move for Talib this defensive backfield is still hurting, Poyer could very well go higher with a good combine showing
30 - SF: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
The Niners tried drafting Taylor Mays, now they will try McDonald, even if they miss they can still say "Who's got it better than us?"
31 - HOU: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
No Eric Winston, that's fine they grab Eric Fisher a huge guy and raw talent but Houston can't pass him here, it's likely he won't fall this far but in this mock he does, Arian Foster just got
32 - ATL: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
Offensive Line will be addressed so will defensive back but Bernard is the BPA here and Michael Turner has lost a step. Expect Bernard to see time behind Jaquizz Rodgers if they do draft him it will be for depth
