1 - KC: Sharrif Floyd, DT, Florida
(Smith, QB) The Chiefs need to replace Glen Dorsey, and Floyd is as good as any player on the board
2 - JAX: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
(Lotulelei, DT) I don't think Gabbert will have any chance next season, and Henne has never proven that he can be a long-term starter
3 - CIN: Robert Woods, WR, USC
(from OAK)(Montgomery, DE) The Bengals need a #2 WR across from AJ Green. Woods is a reliable route runner with strong hands that will make an excellent #2
4 - PHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
(Barkley, QB) If Peters, Herremans and Kelce can get back healthy, the Eagles may have a decent line. They'd be smart, however to get a young versatile lineman that can start at RT and provide a spot starter for any other position
5 - CAR: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
(Hankins, DT) The Panthers get Cam a new Steve Smith. Austin is as explosive as any WR in this draft, and gives them a home run threat once Smith hangs it up
6 - BUF: EJ Manuel, QB, Florida State
(Te'o, MLB) The Bills wisely didn't go for Wilson in the 1st round, but they do go for a QB here. Manuel has franchise-QB potential and could take Fitzpatrick's job if he isn't cut
7 - ARI: Chase Thomas, OLB, Stanford
(Joeckel, LT) The Cardinals need a pass rusher, and Thomas is the best one on the board.
8 - NYJ: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
(Jordan, OLB) The Jets get Sanchez some help in the form of a super fast, super reliable WR. Hunter has mid-1st round potential, and like Hill last year, has good value here
9 - TEN: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
(Moore, DE) The Titans need a DT to pair with Jurel Casey, and Williams is the best on available. Williams and Moore could make this a different unit next year
10 - STL: Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford
(Allen, WR; Fisher, LT) Kendricks has been decent at TE, but they need someone better. Ertz has good value here, and gives Bradford another big target
11 - SD: David Amerson, CB, North Carolina State
(Lewan, LT) The Chargers need a CB, and Amerson is the best palyer on the board
12 - DET: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
(Milliner, CB) Ansah is an interesting prospect, and could move into the 1st round based solely on athleticism. The Lions may need to replace one or both of Vanden Bosch and Avril, and Ansah would be a good selection
13 - DAL: Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma
(Matthews, OT) The Cowboys need to start thinking about life after Romo, especially if Jason Garrett is gone after this season. Jones has started to look like his old self to finish out the season, and a strong final game and bowl game could push his stock higher than this
14 - MIA: DeAndre Hopkins, WR, Clemson
(Mingo, DE/LB) The Dolphins get Tannehill a beastly receiver that has #1 potential. Hopkins and Hartline will be a nice 1-2 combination
15 - WAS: Jackson Jeffcoat, DE, Texas
The Redskins looked terrible after Kerrigan and Orakpo went down for the season. They'd be smart to add someone like Jeffcoat here to give them legitimate depth
16 - MIN: Da'Rick Rogers, WR, Tennessee Tech
(Banks, CB) With Jeffcoat and Ansah off the board, the Vikings could look WR here. Rogers is a big kid that will nicely compliment Harvin, and give Ponder a legit #2 WR
17 - CIN: Giovani Bernard, RB, North Carolina
The Bengals take the best HB on the board and land a versatile, multi-talented back that can take every-down duties
18 - SEA: Dallas Thomas, OT, Tennessee
(Patterson, WR) If he falls this far, Thomas won't make it past Seattle. They need a RT, and Thomas has starting guard or tackle potential
19 - PIT: T.J. McDonald, FS, USC
(Mosley, LB) McDonald is a steal here, and gives the Steelers good, young depth at a position that has been plagued by injuries
20 - MIA: Jordan Poyer, CB, Oregon State
(from IND) The Dolphins traded Vontae Davis to Indy, and use this pick to take his replacement
21 - GB: Kenjon Barner, RB, Oregon
(Warmack, OG) Barner is a bit of a reach here, but the Packers need a #1 HB, and Barner's explosiveness and strong hands out of the backfield will make him a Rodgers favorite
22 - TB: Kawann Short, DT, Purdue
(Reid, FS) The Bucs continue to address their defense, this time with a really good DT that can start next to Gerald McCoy
23 - NE: Tony Jefferson, FS, Oklahoma
(Okafor, DE) The Patriots add a versatile safety to their roster. Jefferson was good last year as a LB, and great this year as a safety
24 - BAL: Khaseem Greene, OLB, Rutgers
(Vaccaro, FS) Not quite the thumper that Ray Lewis is, but Greene is a very athletic LB that can keep up with todays TEs and HBs in coverage
25 - NYG: John Simon, DE, Ohio State
(Cooper, OG/C) The Giants should be looking to add a DE early on assuming Osi leaves for free agency
26 - CHI: Shayne Skov, ILB, Stanford
(Fluker, LT) Skov would be an ideal replacement for Urlacher. He's a big, physical MLB with good speed, and decent coverage skills
27 - DEN: Stepfan Taylor, RB, Stanford
(Rhodes, CB) The Broncos will likely be without Willis McGahee next year, which will open a big hole at HB. Taylor's power and Hillman's speed would be a very solid 1-2 punch for the Broncos
28 - SF: Morgan Breslin, DE, USC
(Elam, SS) The 49ers need another pass rusher to pair with Aldon Smith. Breslin has come along nicely this season at USC, and could be a late-2nd, early-3rd round pick
29 - ATL: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
(Eifert, TE) The Falcons get a really good DT here, and add to their run defense, which has looked inept at times
30 - HOU: Khaled Holmes, C, USC
(T.Williams, WR) Chris Meyers can't play forever, and the Texans get a really nice replacement for him
31 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Browns used their 2nd round pick to take Josh Gordon in the Supplemental Draft
32 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Saints lost this pick as part of the sanctions for Bounty Gate
