**TRADE - BUF receives 22nd overall pick; IND receives 2nd round, 3rd round pick...................... **TRADE - ARI receives 29th overall pick; DEN receives 2nd round, 4th round pick

1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs need to absolutely sell themselves on this pick. If they can't they'll probably look elsewhere. Smith's potential could lead him to be as good as Luck, and his floor is roughly Christian Ponder
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Jaguars go for the top player on the board, and add a relentless pass rusher. Like Von Miller in Denver, playing in a 43 shouldn't limit Jones, and if anything, he'll have less blocking attention
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders need to cut Tommy Kelly. They've been on a salary slashing crusade, and Kelly will likely be the next victim due to his terrible play and demeanor. Lotulelei will be an exceptional replacement
4 - CLE: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
If the Chiefs don't go for Smith, they might take Te'o. If not, the Browns should pull the trigger early on this pick. Te'o is an animal, and will form an excellent duo with D'Qwell Jackson
5 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Philly can go a few different ways here, but i think Joeckel makes the most sense. Their line has been injured and unreliable, and Todd Herrimans shouldnt be playing RT
6 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers could look at Milliner here as well, but I think Hankins will be more attractive as a run stuffing nose tackle that can help to free up their excellent LBs
7 - BUF: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Bills should ignore the Barkley drama and go for a pass rushing DE to replace Mark Anderson. If Moore can learn from Mario Williams, this could be a much improved defense next year
8 - ARI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Lewan is a bit of a reach here, but the Cardinals need an elite LT to protect whoever lines up for them at QB; likely someone not currently on their roster
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
I mocked Dion Jordan to them earlier, but I'm going back to Mingo. Though he has a much lower floor, Mingo also has a much higher ceiling, and the Jets need a spark at OLB
10 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Titans take the best pass rusher on the board, and land a really nice 43DE
11 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
With Joeckel and Lewan off the board already the Rams should look for the top WR available
12 - SD: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Chargers are another team that would love Lewan, but if he's gone they should turn their attention towards the CB position, where Cason and Jammer will be free agents
13 - DET: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Lions take the best player on the board and get replacement for Cherilus at RT. Reiff and Matthews should be interchangeable at LT/RT and give the Lions very good stability moving forward
14 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys could look at John Jenkins here, but Warmack fills a giant, gaping hole at guard on this roster. They need to spend multiple picks on the o-line this year
15 - STL: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(from WAS) The Rams take a bit of a reach here, but with Matthews and Warmack off the board, they might not have a choice if they can't move down. Fisher is underrated, and could develop into a franchise-LT
16 - MIA: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Dolphins take the most explosive WR in the draft, and get Tannehill a real #1 target
17 - MIN: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Vikings would love Patterson, but if he's gone, they should turn their attention to Banks, who can replace the 36 year old Antoine Winfield
18 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
This pick should be between Jenkins and Richardson. Given Spagnuolo's penchant for pass rusher, i think he'll go for Richardson
19 - CIN: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
2 guards in the Top 20?! Absolutely given that it's these 2. Cooper would be an upgrade over Boling, and give them an eventual replacement for Jeff Faine at center
20 - SEA: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Seahawks take the best player available and fill out their defense with a really smart Bama LB. Mosley, Wright and Wagner will be a rough group to run the ball through
21 - PIT: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Jenkins is a good deal here, and gives the Steelers a replacement for Casey Hampton who is slowly crawling towards retirement
22 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
**TRADE (BUF receives 22nd overall pick; IND receives 2nd round, 3rd round pick) With Jenkins and Fisher off the board the Colts drop down. The Bills jump up and get their franchise-QB. If they can land a WR in the 4th or 5th round, this could be an excellent move
23 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Packers could go with Eifert or Montgomery here, but i think Jones will be more attractive as a Rodgers protector
24 - TB: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Bucs get a really nice DE to compliment Clayborn. Pair those 2 with Bowers, and you get a really good pass rushing rotation
25 - NE: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Patriots will likely go with the best player on the board here. This should be between Jesse Williams and Hunter. Hunter gives Brady more firepower at WR in the form of a big, fast down field target
26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens take an excellent MLB prospect to eventually fill Ray Lewis' spot. Ogletree has been the director of a very good Georgia defense, and should be able to handle a similar role in the NFS
27 - NYG: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Giants should see a lot of JPP and Ansah and make this an easy pick, especially given the looming departure of Osi
28 - CHI: Lane Johnson, OT, Oklahoma
Johnson's stock has been flying recently, and he could go as high as here. The Bears need to replace Webb and maybe Carimi, and this would be a good pick for one of them
29 - ARI: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
**TRADE (ARI receives 29th overall pick; DEN receives 2nd round, 4th round pick) The Cardinals should move up for Wilson instead of waiting around for him. This pick gives them a QB with a much higher ceiling then Kolb or Skelton, and a big arm to sling the ball out to Fitzgerald
30 - SF: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The 49ers take the best pass rusher on the board, and get a really nice OLB to pair with Aldon Smith
31 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons need to replace Ray Edwards, and have a good chance to do so here
32 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans get an immediate #2 WR that has the skills and potential to become a good #1 once Andre Johnson moves on

Below Average -- Cherilus isn't going anywhere for at least 4 more years, Wilson won't fall to the 20s
