1 - KC: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Chiefs take the best player on the board here. They need a leader on this team, and though he isn't a QB, he can make this team much better

2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Jaguars get an OLB and a pass rusher, both of which are huge needs. Adding Babin was good, and with the pending loss of Daryl Smith, this could be an excellent pick

3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders should pass on the temptation of Geno Smith, and go for the best player available. Tommy Kelly needs to be cut and replaced, and Lotulelei would be an ideal replacement

4 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Another team that should ignore the temptation of Geno Smith and go for the best player that fills a need. They need a pass rusher to pair with Jabaal Sheard, and Moore is the best one available

5 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles should see what they have in Foles before drafting a new QB. If they want him, or any QB to be productive, they'll need to focus on the o-line. Joeckel and Peters would be one of the best OT tandems in the league, and if Mathis and Kelce can get healthy, this could be a much different offense

6 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers have a serious need of a NT, and Hankins is a top prospect. This pick will immediately make this team better

7 - BUF: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Chan Gailey loves mobile QBs, and Smith is a really solid one. This is a risky pick, but with Te'o and Moore off the board, it should be an easy one

8 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Chargers need to add a top-shelf OT to their roster, and are in good position to do so here.

9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets take the best pass rusher on the board, and land a physically intriguing player that has tremendous upside

10 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Titans take the best 43DE on the board and add a good player to the Wimbley/Morgan rotation

11 - ARI: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Cardinals should go for Wilson over Barkley based on how they play. They look for a downfield, spread attack, which Wilson has been groomed for since he showed up on campus

12 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions should pull the trigger on Milliner if he is on the board here. He's arguably the best player on the board, and fills their biggest need with a #1 CB

13 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams need to find a #1 WR for Bradford. Allen isn't flashy, but he has really good hands and awareness, which should compliment Quick and Givens nicely

14 - MIA: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Dolphins need a DE to pair with Cameron Wake. With Allen off the board, they should look for a pass rusher here

15 - STL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
(from WAS) The Rams take a really good OT here. Matthews should have no issue sliding to LT, and Saffold may look better with a chance to RT

16 - NO: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Saints are another team that will likely be in position to draft a pass rusher. They might be looking to replace Will Smith this offseason, and Montgomery would be a good option

17 - DAL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
With Matthews and Jordan off the board, the Cowboys should look at Warmack here. He could help form a solid o-line foundation with Tyron Smith. Don't be surprised if they go with several o-linemen in this draft

18 - CIN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
Maybe a slight reach, which is not very Cincinnati-esque, but Taylor Mays needs to be replace, and Vaccaro won't be available when they pick in the 2nd round

19 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Bucs need to address Aqib Talib's spot early in this draft. Banks is a really good CB, and has solid value here

20 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings should look at the 2 Tennessee WRs here. I think Hunter will be more attractive because of his potential

21 - PIT: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Ziggy Hood should be high on the list of players that need to be replaced this offseason. The Steelers should look hard at Richardson if they don't like any of the pass rushers on the board

22 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
This pick should come down to Jenkins and Fisher. I think the Colts will opt for a defensive anchor over a RT

23 - SEA: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Seahawks need to find a TE somewhere in this draft. Eifert is easily the best one in the draft, and gives Wilson a tall, athletic redzone target to grow with

24 - NYG: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Giants gambled on JPP 2 years ago, and that has paid off huge. They'll need someone to replace Osi, and Ansah as as high a ceiling as any player in this draft

25 - GB: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Injuries have killed the Packers o-line this season. If Bulaga comes back healthy, they should look for a LT better than Newhouse to pair with him

26 - CHI: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Bears o-line is riddled with terrible players that need to be replaced. Jones can play any non-LT position, and should start somewhere next year

27 - BAL: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Ravens are going to sorely miss Ed Reed's penchant for creating turnovers when he retires. Reid has a similar skill set (minus the devestating hits) in coverage, and can give them some extra protection deep

28 - NE: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Patriots need to find a reliable deep threat for Tom Brady that isn't Brandon Lloyd. Patterson could be one of the bigger sleeper picks in the draft

29 - SF: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The 49ers get a really solid pass rsuher to pair with Aldon Smith. Okafor should have little issue moving to a 34OLB

30 - DEN: Matt Elam, SS, Florida
The Broncos snag the best SS on the board, and get a good player to replace Mike Adams

31 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans take a really good WR here. Williams can be their #2 from Day 1, and move to #1 when Andre Johnson retires

32 - ATL: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
The Falcons opt for a really good guard/center here. Konz was drafted last year to replace McClure, and Cooper can slide right into the guard spot
