1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
After mocking Te'o here, I'm going back to Smith. The Chiefs can't afford to not draft a QB here, despite the face that Smith is unlikely to yield the same results as Andrew Luck
2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Jaguars will be looking for someone to take Daryl Smith's spot at OLB, and need pass rushers. This pick fills both of those needs
3 - OAK: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
With Rolando McClain being cut, the Raiders have opened a giant hole at MLB. They'd be crazy not to take Te'o here
4 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Browns need for a pass rushing DE is highly apparent, and Moore has solid value here
5 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles should be looking at Joeckel and Lotulelei here. I think Joeckel will edge him out given the terrible state of their o-line, and the high likelyhood that they'll have a first-year starter at QB (Foles)
6 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Panthers are rewarded with an excellent DT here. They need to shore up their run defense, and this is the perfect pick to do that
7 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Bills could wait until the 2nd round, but I'd be worried that someone will jump ahead of them for Barkley. They take their guy here, and can replace Fitzpatrick
8 - SD: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
This pick should be between Milliner and Hankins, and will be highly dependent on whether or not they can resign Jammer or Cason
9 - NYJ: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Jets should be looking at Jordan and Mingo here as a legitimate pass rusher. Jordan has a much lower floor, but Mingo's potential should make him the pick
10 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Werner is a good value pick here, and gives the Titans a much needed pass rushing DE to pair with Wimbley and Morgan
11 - ARI: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Cardinals should like Wilson more than any of the other QBs in this draft because of his big arm, and pocket awareness.
12 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Lions take the top player on the board, and address their awful pass defense with a #1 CB
13 - STL: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Rams should use this pick to take the best WR on the board ahead of Miami. Allen is a very reliable player with excellent hands and good field vision
14 - MIA: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Dolphins need a pass rushing DE to line up across from Cameron Wake. Jordan's play this season should make him a mid-1st round target
15 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
(from WAS) The Rams land their LT right here. Lewan is a bit raw as a pass rusher, but is a devestating run blocker, and will only get better with time
16 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
With Mingo and Jordan off the board, the Cowboys opt for a powerful NT. This pick gives them the option to move Ratliff outside to DE
17 - CIN: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Bengals take the best player on the board here, and add an excellent guard that they can pair with the emerging Kevin Zeitler
18 - NO: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Saints should be looking at Richardson and Montgomery here. I think they'll see their run defense issues and go for the DT
19 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Aqib Talib had to be moved, but the Bucs have no one to replace him. Banks should step in nicely as a rookie, and learn all he can from Ronde Barber
20 - MIN: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Fitting that Minnesota takes the player that is being compared to a poor-man's Randy Moss. Hunter's speed and height should make him a nice #2 target for Ponder
21 - PIT: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Steelers snag an OLB here to replace James Harrison. Montgomery's athleticism should make him a natural fit in a 34 defense
22 - IND: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Colts miss out on Jenkins and Montgomery, and focus on protecting Luck. Costanzo has been really good at LT, but Winston Justice needs to be replaced
23 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks get Wilson a young, explosive WR that should combine nicely with Rice and Tate to give them a nice passing attack
24 - NYG: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Giants should see a lot of JPP in Ansah. An incredible athlete, with unlimited potential and raw ability. At worst, he'll be a rotational guy, at best, the Giants could, once again, have the best DEs in the league
25 - GB: Jonathan Cooper, OG, North Carolina
With TJ Lang slated to hit free agency, and Jeff Saturday likely headed towards retirement, the Packers pick up a powerful blocker that can play guard or center
26 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears need to replace Webb, and possibly Carimi as well. Fisher is a beast, and should be in their Day 1 lineup at LT or RT
27 - BAL: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Ravens wanted Donta Hightower last year, but the Pats jumped them and picked him up. This year they get a really good Bama LB, and get Ray Lewis' likely replacement
28 - NE: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Patriots need to find someone that can eventually take Vince Wilfork's spot at NT. Williams is a big, solid kid that should be athletic enough to catch Belicheck's eye
29 - SF: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
This pick should be between Rhodes and Okafor. I think the 49ers will see Rogers and Brown heading towards free agency, and start thinking CB
30 - DEN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Broncos take the top safety on the board, and get a really good player to replace Mike Adams at SS.
31 - HOU: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Texans pick up Austin here and get Shaub a Percy Harvin-esque player with break away speed and elusiveness
32 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Tony Gonzalez should ride off into the sunset after this season, which would leave the Falcons with a big hole on their offense. Eifert's ability as a receiver should make him an ideal replacement
