1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs can't not take Smith or Barkley here. Their need for a QB is overwhelming, and even if he isn't perfect, Smith has a ton of upside, and should be at worst, and solid starter

2 - JAX: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Jaguars are likely going to need to replace Daryl Smith, and they need pass rushers, making Jones a no-brainer pick. The success of Von Miller last year and this year will only help Jones' draft stock

3 - OAK: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Rolando McClain is obviously not what the Raiders want, and will more than likely be dismissed after this season. Even if they keep him around, Te'o will be an instant upgrade, and bring some much-needed leadership to this team

4 - PHI: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
The Eagles have to go with the best o-lineman on the board here. Lewan has more upside than Joeckel and is already an established run blocker, which will be nice for McCoy and Brown

5 - CAR: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
This should be an easy pick for Carolina. With no skill players worth taking, they fix their miserable run defense with the best DT in the draft

6 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Cardinals will need to keep whoever their QB is upright. Injuries to Kolb and Skelton has forced Ryan Lindley into the starting role, which is bad news

7 - CLE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Browns should use Jordan like Jarvis Jones/Von Miller. He'd be better at his current weight instead of bulking up to play DE. He'll be a nice replacement for Fujita

8 - TEN: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Titans take the top pass rusher on the board, and land a nice 43DE that can fill out the Wimbley/Morgan rotation

9 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Matthews is a slight reach here, but the Chargers need help at both OT spots, even if Gaither returns

10 - DET: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Lions need an explosive edge rusher, especially with the looming departures of Avril and Vanden Bosch

11 - NYJ: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Jets take a top-shelf NT to replace Pouah

12 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Bills take a shot at a franchise QB here. Barkley's experience should help him early, and his mental tools and accuracy should make him an excellent West Coast QB

13 - MIA: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
The Dolphins secondary is their weakest unit. Milliner is a really good talent at CB, and has better value than a WR or OT would

14 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams shouldn't reach for an OT here. Warmack is the best IOL in recent memory, and fills a massive need for St Louis

15 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Saints need to add a pass rushing DE here. Mingo has tremendous upside, and good value here

16 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Vikings take the top WR off the board here. Harvin can't be Ponder's only target, especially if he's struggling like he has. Allen would give him a bigger target, and another good, over-the-middle receiver

17 - DAL: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Cowboys take the top player on the board and add a powerful NT to surplant Ratliff, who should be moving out to DE

18 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
(from WAS) The Rams take one of the top WRs in the draft here. Hunter has tremendous upside, and should, at very worst, be one of the better #2 WRs int he league

19 - TB: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The Bucs should be looking at Reid and Banks here. I believe Reid will be the pick give the lack of S depth, and aboundance of CB depth

20 - CIN: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Rey Maluga has been disappointing this season, and Burfict, though he's been good, is a ticking time bomb at OLB

21 - IND: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Colts neeed to start working on their defense. Richardson is the top player on the board, and fills one of their 5-tech DE spots

22 - PIT: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Steelers know how important LB depth is, and they know that their unit is getting older. Ogletree would be a nice pickup for them

23 - NYG: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Giants pass rush has been missing this year, and they need to fix that. Montgomery is a high-motor player that knows how to attack linemen

24 - SF: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The 49ers could be looking to replace both CBs and safeties this offseason. Banks is a steal here, and gives them a definite #1 CB for next season

25 - SEA: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
The Seahawks need to bring in weapons for Wilson. Patterson or Williams might be more popular choices, but Austin is a safer pick, and gives them an excellent slot receiver

26 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears will be thrilled if Fisher is still on the board when they pick. Carimi and Webb both need to be upgraded, and this would give them a start

27 - DEN: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
The Broncos go for a big, powerful DT here. Their defense has been getting better and better, and this puts them closer to being an elite unit

28 - BAL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Ravens could be looking at the possibility of replacing Ray Lewis and Ed Reed this offseason. Vaccaro has really good value here, and if they can find one of the good 2nd round MLBs with their next pick, they might be okay

29 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
This pick could go a few different ways. I think the Packers will look at Jones because of his versatility, and their desperate need for o-linemen

30 - NE: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Patriots take a risk on a potenially lethal deep threat. Lloyd has been really good this year, but they need more deep options than him, especially with the cannon-armed Ryan Mallett looming in the wings behind Brady

31 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
The Falcons take Tony Gonzalez's replacement here. Eifert is a steal at 30, and will give Matt Ryan another big, strong vertical threat

32 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Texans would prefer Patterson or Hunter, but Williams is still a good pick. He doesn't have as much upside as some of the other WRs in this draft, but he'd be a really good fit for Houston
