1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Kansas City has to take a QB, and Smith is still the top QB available.
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
Jacksonville may look to upgrade the QB position through free agency(Vick?) or trades(Tebow?). They need to upgrade the defense so they take the best (defensive) player on the board.
3 - OAK: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
Rolando McClain looks like he is done in Oakland so there will be a vacancy at linebacker for the Raiders. Te'o provides solid leadership qualities aswell as being the safest pick in the draft which make him a godd fit for Oakland.
4 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The weakest part of the Panthers game is run defense, Hankins is a huge DT who will help plug up gaps along the D-Line
5 - PHI: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Babin has already been cut and Trent Cole is aging, expensive and not performing. With a new regime likely coming in at the end of the season Trent Cole may also be cut. Moore is the best 4-3 pass rusher available.
6 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
Tennessee need to upgrade on the defensive side of the ball. Milliner is the best CB available and would start for the Titans immediately.
7 - ARI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
It's no secret the Cards need to upgrade the O-Line. Joekel is the tackle in the draft and will provide a massive upgrade to the pass protection.
8 - DET: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
Detroit likes to get pressure on opposing QB's by only rushing 4. Vanden Bosch and Avril could both be gone at the end of the season so an upgrade at DE is needed.
9 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Rivers doesn't have faith in his protection right now which screams an upgrade is needed. Lewan is the the best O-Lineman available and could start immediately at LT.
10 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Tannehill needs more options to throw the ball to and Allen is the best WR in this class. (Side Note - Wes Welker is a FA at the end of this season and will probably not be back with the Patriots so Miami could look to bring him back)
11 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
Nix wants a franchise QB and Barkley could be that guy.
12 - CLE: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
I'm not a huge fan of using Jones in a 4-3 defense, but if he falls this far Cleveland cannot pass on him.
13 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
New Orleans has to draft defense and Mingo is the best player available. His fit in a 4-3 defense is questionable but his potential is not.
14 - NYJ: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Sanchez is not the answer at QB for the Jets, and it appears either is Tebow. Wilson has good intangibles making him a good NFL QB prospect.
15 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
The Bucs needed DB help before trading Talib. They are the worst pass defense in the league making Banks a no-brainer at this point.
16 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
St Louis needs to upgrade the O-Line and select the best interior lineman in the draft before Dallas can get to him.
17 - DAL: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Doug Free is not playing well at RT and could end up getting cut, Jake Matthews would not only fill the void, but would improve the talent at RT
18 - STL: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
St Louis needs a reliable No 1 target for Sam Bradford to throw to. Drafting Hunter would allow the Rams to move Amendola into the slot full time.
19 - MIN: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
Minnesota were at their best during the Williams wall days, they try getting back to that by taking the best DT available.
20 - CIN: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Cincinnati has a solid defense, but have holes at safety. Eric Reid would be an instant starter for the Bengals.
21 - PIT: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
Casey Hampton probably won't be back so a new NT is a need for the Steelers.
22 - CHI: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Bears D is aging which means the Superbowl window may be closing. I expect the Bears to add a LT through free agency (Clady or Long) so they use the draft to add some youth to their defense.
23 - SEA: D.J. Fluker, OT, Alabama
Seattle need an upgrade at RT. Fluker looks like a solid RT prospect, and after being coached by Saban he should reduce the penalties the Seahawks are getting from their current RT.
24 - IND: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Freeney will likely be out at the end of the season so the Colts will need to find a new pass rusher. Jordan has great potential as a pass rusher aswell as having the size and athleticism to be able to drop back into coverage.
25 - NYG: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
Umenyiora and Tuck could both be on their way out of New York meaning a new DE to play opposite JPP is a need.
26 - BAL: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
Ray Lewis doesn't have long left so Baltimore needs to find a replacement sooner rather than later.
27 - GB: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
Green Bay need to be able to protect the best player in the NFL in order for him to work his magic. Fisher has the ability to play multiple positions along the offensive line and has huge upside to his game.
28 - DEN: Sylvester Williams, DT, North Carolina
Defensive tackle is probably Denver's biggest need and Williams is the best DT available.
29 - SF: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
San Francisco don't have many holes on the roster, although one could be created if Dashon Goldson leaves at the end of the season.
30 - NE: Xavier Rhodes, CB, Florida State
New England can improve their pass defense by taking the best corner available. Drafting Rhodes to play opposite Talib could allow McCourty to move across to safety.
31 - HOU: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Houston needs a threat opposite Andre Johnson. Terrance Williams has the ability to come in and start as the number 2 WR with the potential to take over the number 1 role when Andre Johnson is done.
32 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
Tony Gonzalez is gone at the end of the season so a replacement is needed. Eifert provides good value for the Falcons here.
