1 - KC: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Chiefs offense is absolutely loaded with talent, except for a QB. If Smith can pick up the offense quickly, and his coaches call good plays, this team should be back in playoff contention
2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jaguars take the best pass rusher on the board. I have Werner slightly ahead of Moore because of a longer resume of production, and size
3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
This pick should be between Lotulelei and Te'o. They need a defensive presence and leader, and either of these guys would be excellent picks
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Not that Philly's line is absolutely terrible, but their depth is, and they need a RT. Joeckel and Peters would be an ideal duo to have at OT because either can play either position
5 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
This is a bit of a reach, but the Lions need to take it. Milliner is the top CB on the board, and if the Lions don't take him, they'll be in the same spot next season
6 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers get a big, powerful NT that can eat up blockers and free their young pass rushers. He can also help to close up some running lanes that have killed them this season
7 - TEN: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Moore makes the most sense for the Titans here. They need another young pass rusher, and Moore would immediately be the best one on their team
8 - SD: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
I have a hard time seeing the Chargers go for anyone else at this spot. Their OTs have been awful, and Rivers has been repeatedly crushed. Lewan can also help open some lanes for Ryan Matthews, if he stays healthy
9 - CLE: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Browns should use this pick for the best player on the board, likely Te'o or Warmack. I think Te'o will have a more noticeble impact, and draw more interest from fans than Warmack
10 - ARI: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The Cardinals get their potential franchise QB with this pick. Barkley isn't sexy, but he's a professional, and takes his position seriously, which will get you further than a big arm
11 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
The Bills have talked about trying to move up in the draft for a QB, but I don't think they'll need to. There are not a ton of teams that need QBs, and Wilson might be around towards the middle-end of the round
12 - NYJ: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
The Jets have been highly criticized for taking too many defensive players early, and rightly so. But this pick actually makes sense. Jones is a steal at 12, and they badly need pass rushers
13 - TB: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Bucs get a pass rushing DT to pair with Gerald McCoy. If they can address their FS and CB spots in free agency, or in the 2nd and 3rd rounds, they'll be good next season
14 - MIA: Keenan Allen, WR, California
Not the most exciting WR in the draft, but has the tools and potential to be a really good #1 in terms of reliability and awareness. His ability to consistently get 1st downs should make Tannehill's life much easier
15 - NO: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Saints should go for the top defensive player on the board with most of their picks. Montgomery has good value here, and should help split time with Will Smith and Cameron Jordan
16 - STL: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
The Rams take the best player on the board here. Warmack can open holes for their HBs, and keep Bradford upright
17 - MIN: Cordarrelle Patterson, WR, Tennessee
The Vikings have said they'll likely clear out their receiving corps if they don't start producing. I'd imagine them having a hard time passing on Patterson as a compliment to Harvin if that's the case
18 - CHI: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
Jake Matthews can play either OT spot, which is excellent news for the Bears, who should be looking to replace Webb and Carimi this offseason
19 - PIT: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
I can see Mingo falling further than this, but not much. The Steelers would be crazy not to take a shot at a super-athletic, but raw pass rusher that can play OLB
20 - DAL: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Cowboys o-line is absolutley terrible. Jones can start at any non-LT position for them next season, and should be a good NFL player
21 - STL: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
(from WAS) The Rams should be able to snag Fisher or Matthews here. Adding Warmack and Fisher should make this a much improved unit, and Bradford should actually have time to find his young WRs
22 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Of the remaining receivers, Williams makes the most sense for Seattle. They need to find a #1 target for Wilson, and a 3 WR set of WIlliams, Rice and Tate sounds like a solid plan
23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts would be crazy not to take Jenkins here. They need a NT to anchor their 34 defense, and he's the best one on in the draft after Hankins
24 - CIN: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Bengals will likely look to replace Taylor Mays this offseason, as he's been inconsistent and terrible. Vaccaro would be a welcome addition, and his ability to cover and help in run support should make this already young defense even better
25 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
The Ravens come away with the top non-Te'o MLB in the draft. Ogletree's athleticism should make him a good fit as a successor for Ray Lewis
26 - NE: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Jordan is an absolute steal here, and would fit perfectly into Belicheck's defense. Jordan and Chandler Jones will be an excellent DE duo to continue building around
27 - NYG: C.J. Mosley, OLB, Alabama
The Giants take an excellent Bama LB here. Blackburn plays well, but he shouldn't be starting, and could easily be replaced by a 3-down backer
28 - GB: Robert Woods, WR, USC
The Packers replace Greg Jennings with his clone. Both receivers are excellent in space, run very good routes and have good hands
29 - DEN: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
Opposing offenses already have fits trying to block Denver's pass rushers. Adding a block eater like Williams would only make their lives worse
30 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
Either Gholson or Whitner can be replace by Reid, which is good news for 49ers fans, because they're both terrible
31 - ATL: Tyler Eifert, TE, Notre Dame
I think the Falcons will go with Eifert over Okafor or Ansah. If they want their offense to keep rolling, they'll need someone to fill Tony Gonzalez's role
32 - HOU: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
The Texans get their #2 WR here, and come away with a very explosive playmaker. He'll have the luxury of not carrying the #1 duties until Andre Johnson calls it quits

Above Average -- Woods was unachieving this year. He is a 2nd rounder at best now...otherwise great mock!
