1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
The #1 recruited player coming out of high school and the heisman hopeful at the start of the year. He holds 20 USC career, season and single-game records and the PAC-12 touchdown passes record with 116 and passing yards record with 12,327 and completions record with 1001. He also dominated Notre Dame last year with 600 yards and 5 touchdowns. He should put up a solid combine workout even if he dosent throw and runs a 4.7 40. Geno Smith 98 TDS 21 INTs
2 - JAX: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
His sack totals and forced fumbles aren't amazing like Damontre Moore's stats but he is very well rounded and massive at 6'3 350 he should solve a few problems the jags have up front, the only knock on Star is that he rely's on his strength too much and not enough on technique. That won't keep him from being the next premiere DT in the game.
3 - OAK: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
Carson Palmer is staying and like Kevin Kolb is due to make a fortune this year so another chance will be given. The raiders can't stop anyone from running and their sack totals are dismal, they grab their own Von Miller here and suddenly Peyton Manning isn't so scary.
4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
Nick Foles will win the starting job in Philly and Michael Vick will likely be gone, the new head coach (Ii hope it's Gruden) starts here. They gave up way too many sacks and couldn't create any openings for Lesean McCoy, if the Raiders decide they like Joeckle It wouldn't surprise me.
5 - DET: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
A glaring hole at CB would suggest they take Dee Milliner but as we Lions fans know they draft BPA and that's TE'O, at this point, as a fan it's who I'd like to see us draft, with all the bad press involving Suh and Young, Teo would be a breath of fresh air. Lion nation is calling for him.
6 - CLE: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
They believe in Weedon so they won't reach for Glennon or Wilson unless one of them really lights up the combine. The browns are a team struggling to find an identity on defense, Werner is a little raw but should project to be a JJ Watt type, that said he should make an immediate impact on this defense. Still a little raw but has the highest ceiling of any defensive player in the draft.
7 - ARI: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
Just watch his tape.
8 - BUF: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
If you don't know who Mike Glennon is stop reading this and go straight to YouTube, the guy is accurate and has the arm to be a starter in the NFL. A new head coach is going to want his own QB we hear this all the time, Glennon will put up awesome combine numbers solidifying his top 10 status.
9 - NYJ: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
Mark Sanchez isn't panning out, and the jets can't afford the turnovers he brings to the table. They need pass rushers and offensive linemen but they pull the trigger on Wilson.
10 - TEN: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
They have a few solid pieces on defense Derrick Morgan has improved vastly and Zach Brown put up a very nice year. They need someone at the third level they can count on, if Milliner is still on the board they pull the trigger.
11 - SD: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
I live in San Diego and the general vibe around here is Rivers has to go, but the truth is he won't. I'd like to see the Bolts take a signal caller in round 2-3 maybe Landry Jones or Collin Klien despite mediocre showing in their bowl games.
12 - MIA: Justin Hunter, WR, Tennessee
Hunter is hands down the best WR in this draft. He's got great hands and runs nice routes there's no reason he shouldn't elevate his game on the next level especially with a young QB to grow with, that said they need mucho on defense and have no corners worth mentioning here.
13 - TB: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
Doug Martin needs space and Josh Freeman needs time, Lewan is a huge guy and do it all on the blind side. A guy I think has potential to be a top 10 pick
14 - CAR: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
Jordan is a freak, fast big and versatile. Could have one of the best combine showings of any player, a surging defense Carolina needs an anchor up front, Kuechly and Jordan would make them fearsome. Cam could use a true number 1 WR with Steve Smith getting long in the tooth.
15 - NO: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
Mingo is the hometown boy, no way the saints pass him up.
16 - STL: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
Williams is big bodied and has the make up to be a true number one, they could look to improve their oline but Williams is a homerun hitter and just the weapon that's missing.
18 - DAL: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
Jason Garrett has said he's sticking with Romo, I think it's all smoke, Jerry Jones is going to want his own RG3 to go up against Washington twice a year. They could very well move up for him if they feel he won't be there when they pick. Jones has moved up for Dez Bryant and Morris Claiborne so you know he's not afraid to go after "his" guy
21 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
**VIA WASHINGTON**
25 - SF: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
They have one of the best defensive units around, Green Bay exposed them they need safeties and corners.
26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Ray Lewis just announced his retirement after the year is over, Ogletree isnt Ray, but who is? He has all the tools to take over where 52 left off. A tackle machine with speed the Georgia product has a high motor and ceiling, his stock is rising and it's doubtful the ravens get a chance to draft him here at 26.

Average -- I don't think Barkley will go number 1

Poor -- Apparently you are a GIANT USC homer. Barkley #1 is a joke. Titans commentary: Harvey is NOT a Titan! I guess you meant Morgan, which would be true. Would prefer Werner, Moore, Te'o. But gone, so Milliner or BP at OL is a good call. Lemonier to NE?

Average -- From Author: Homer? I'm a ND fan, Barkley goes first because of his many accolades and the fact that Andy Reid is there, the titans need a corner more than anything else I honestly can't see your fanboy logic

Poor -- geno to Cowboys?

Below Average -- cb is not even a top 3 need for the titans I am a huge titans fan and this is where a lot of so called experts get it wrong the weak spot in the seondary is safety corners are good needs are gaurd, de, both safeties
