1 - KC: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
I'm going Barkley just based on the amount of time Smith could need to develop. Barkley will immediately make good use of Charles, Bowe and Baldwin, and it will be much easier to adapt an offense to him than to Geno Smith

2 - JAX: Bjoern Werner, DE, Florida State
The Jaguars take the most powerful pass rushing DE in the draft here. Werner can do for them what Chris Long does for the Rams

3 - OAK: Star Lotulelei, DT, Utah
The Raiders need to take the best player on the board here. Their defensive line needs more help than their LBs, so I'm going with Lotulelei over Te'o or Jones

4 - PHI: Luke Joeckel, OT, Texas A&M
The Eagles go for the best player on the board as well. Joeckel should be their day 1 starter at LT, moving All-Pro OT Jason Peters to RT where his Achilles' tendon will have less wear and tear

5 - BUF: Tyler Wilson, QB, Arkansas
**TRADE (BUF receives 5th overall; DET receives 8th overall, 2nd round pick) The Bills have talked about moving up, and do it here. I think they'll fall in love with Wilson or Glennon, but Wilson looks to have more long-term potential

6 - ARI: Geno Smith, QB, West Virginia
The Cardinals play indoors, making the worries about Smith's poor play in bad weather a non-factor. Smith could do some serious damage with Fitzgerald and Floyd at WR, and if they can build up the o-line, they'll probably have a solid running game

7 - CLE: Damontre Moore, DE, Texas A&M
The Browns take the best pure pass rusher in the draft here. Think of a more refined, slightly larger Bruce Irvin

8 - DET: Dee Milliner, CB, Alabama
**(from BUF) 5th was too high for Milliner, but 8th is a good spot. The Lions get an extra 2nd round pick, and add a #1 CB

9 - NYJ: Mike Glennon, QB, North Carolina State
The Jets could look at Jarvis Jones, but his spinal stenosis could set off some red flags. Glennon has a big-time arm, and is decent in the pocket, which is good news for the Jets

10 - TEN: Manti Te'o, ILB, Notre Dame
The Titans could reach for a safety, but i wouldnt if Te'o is on the board. He'd be a good upgrade over Colin McCarthy at MLB, and give the Titans another run defender

11 - SD: Jake Matthews, OT, Texas A&M
The Chargers need a versatile OT, and Matthews has proven that he's just that. Phillip Rivers would be much better off with him at LT than Gaither

12 - MIA: Chance Warmack, OG, Alabama
If the Dolphins want Tannehill to be successful they need to establish a real running game. Their HBs are solid, but their interior line is not. Warmack would be a massive upgrade over Incognito, and can help keep Tannehill protected from pass rushing DTs

13 - TB: Johnthan Banks, CB, Mississippi State
Banks has solid value here, and is a need/value pick for Tampa Bay. He should step in to the #1 spot immediately, and make this defense better

14 - CAR: Johnathan Hankins, DT, Ohio State
The Panthers land a massive NT here. Hankins could be the block-eating DT that they've been looking for, and help to free up their pass rushing LBs and DEs

15 - NO: Sam Montgomery, DE, LSU
The Saints get an excellent 43DE here. Montgomery would be a nice rotational guy with Smith and Jordan, and give them the solid pass rusher that they've been missing

16 - STL: Taylor Lewan, OT, Michigan
I think it'd be hard for the Rams to pass on Lewan here. Saffold has been solid at LT, but he's injury prone. Lewan should get the nod at LT, with Saffold picking up RT

17 - PIT: Jarvis Jones, OLB, Georgia
I can't see Jones falling past Pitt or Dallas. I think the Steelers will see him as a value guy that can learn from Woodley and Harrison as a rookie, and develop into a full-time starter

18 - DAL: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Cowboys go for the other 34OLB on the board and land Mingo. If he learns from DeMarcus Ware, which he should, he could be the steal of the draft

19 - NYG: Ezekiel Ansah, DE, BYU
The Giants pick up a super athletic pass rushing DE here. If Tuck isn't resigned, Ansah would be an interesting player to pair with super-athlete JPP

20 - CHI: Eric Fisher, OT, Central Michigan
The Bears get Cutler a real LT in Fisher. If he lasts this long, Cutler will be pleading with his team to take him

21 - MIN: Keenan Allen, WR, California
The Vikings get another offensive weapon, and the top WR in the draft. Allen should draw attention away from Harvin, and force teams to leave a safety deep and away from Peterson

22 - CIN: Dion Jordan, DE, Oregon
The Bengals take the best player on the board, and land an interesting prospect in Jordan. If they can get him to add 15-20lbs, he could be a devastating pass rusher in a 43 defense

23 - IND: Jonathan Jenkins, DT, Georgia
The Colts get a dominating NT to anchor their 34 defense. If they can get a pass rusher and 5-tech DE, they'll be in good shape for the future

24 - STL: Kenny Vaccaro, SS, Texas
The Rams should consider Vaccaro at 16, but Lewan was too good to pass on. Vaccaro is a steal at 24, and gives them a monster safety that will fit nicely with Janoris Jenkins and Courtland Finnegan

25 - SEA: Terrance Williams, WR, Baylor
The Seahawks get a #1 WR for Wilson. Rice and Tate will be excellent #2 and #3 options, and should be better off without all of the attention

26 - BAL: Alec Ogletree, ILB, Georgia
Ray Lewis announced that he will retire after this season, which should be no surprise to anyone. The Ravens should look early for a replacement, and Ogletree would be a good one

27 - GB: Barrett Jones, OG, Alabama
The Packers need to work on their o-line, and Jones would be a good pick. He'd be a fine replacement for Jeff Saturday, or TJ Lang if he leaves for free agency

28 - HOU: Sheldon Richardson, DT, Missouri
The Texans need pass rushers, but not at OLB. Richardson should fit nicely at 5-tech, and help them pressure opposing QBs, while pushing offenses towards JJ Watt

29 - ATL: Alex Okafor, DE, Texas
The Falcons shouldn't pass on Okafor, even with Eiftert and Ertz on the board. They really need a DE, and this is a great chance to get a really good one

30 - NE: Tavon Austin, WR, West Virginia
I can't see the Pats paying Wes Welker the money he's going to want. Belicheck has no issue letting go of players, and Austin would be a fine replacement

31 - SF: Eric Reid, FS, LSU
The 49ers need to replace Whitner and Gholson, and can get one of them here. Ried should be their center fielder for the next 10 years

32 - DEN: Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama
Williams is a steal at 32, and gives the Broncos the big NT they've been looking for
