First just basic mock still needs fine tuning, I sure theres good prospects missing.
8 - BUF: Matt Barkley, QB, USC
13 - TB: Barkevious Mingo, OLB, LSU
The Bucs have many needs including Mulitiple CB's, Safety, OT, DE, DT, OLB, TE and backup HB and QB. What the Buc's do in free agency will determine what other needs they fill early in the draft.

Why not secure Frank Gore's replacement, Harbaugh's shown he likes to sit rookies anyways. Lattimore may be the next Willis McGahee depending on this NFL physicals.

Poor -- Questionable picks include Lattimore, Marsuess Wilson, Eddie Lacy (A RB so high??), and the NC running back going to a team with WAY too many rbs already. No good.
